I have try many times to contact seller. Having so many issues with this product i bought 3 of them only can use 1. I explain my car only have 1 cigarettes charge. If I plug all 3 plus my dash cam. It burn the charger.If you don't have many outlets in you car don't buyIt have been a headache. And to connect to the wifi. Another big issue.No I don't recommend

Installation was a breeze—took me about 15 minutes with the included instructions.I use a FireStick with my phone’s hotspot, and streaming works flawlessly. The built-in Bluetooth is a bonus, allowing me to pair headphones, so I don’t have to listen to kids’ videos all trip. The speakers are surprisingly good, too. After several trips, my son absolutely loves it, and I’m thrilled with this purchase. Highly recommend it for families!

It’s very nice looking, but can’t mirror phone to it.You have to use wifi and not able to run tv on it.

If you're looking for a way to spruce up your Uber ride, or just keep your kids busy in the back seat on road trips this is a pretty good way to do so. it is pretty easy to set up both physically and in the software. It's pretty bare bones as it is, but with a couple of app downloads and such you've got a pretty solid media center for your back seat!
