Great product. Taste is definitely different but in a good way. The 2 things thing that bother me is one the top. No matter what I do i after I pour some out it always leaked down the sides once I put it back on and 2 if there is a recommendation of a serving size label the cap to that size not just say “approximately” so that wasn’t to easy to use. I never felt any stomach discomfort. I take preworkout so no jitters from taking it.

How do you recommend for muscle recovery after you work out and if have hard training
Highly recommend Men before going to the gym or girls. It will use your fat as energy so you could burn while you’re working out. It actually works.
