The Best Mixer I’ve Ever Used
Let me state for the record: I do not write reviews. I don’t have the time or the patience for it. This, however, is different. Secondly, let me state that KitchenAid is a generational thing in my family. 3 generations plus various aunts and other family members all have KitchenAids. I am the rebel in the family and this is no exception. When I was searching for my own KitchenAid, I happen to come across this mixer. Several things stood out from the beginning - NSF Rated, 800 watt, and COMMERCIAL grade. I had to look and I’m glad I did. My mixer has a name - Spike. Yes, he is named for the bulldog in the Tim and Jerry cartoon. He is tough, no-nonsense, and takes no prisoners. I got the cream color because it’s awesome. I managed to get this on sale, so it was a no brainer. It was over half the price of the comparable KitchenAid. Spike arrived in short order and I have been working with him every day since. I bake every day, sometimes multiple times per day. We’re talking everything from bread products to sweet treats, etc. Everything is easy with Spike around. Whoever designed this thing had a pretty good idea of what goes on in a kitchen. It is beyond sturdy. The base is solid aluminum and the top is plastic. Not your average crappy plastic but heavy duty professional-grade plastic. I wish it was aluminum as well but you can’t have everything. The fan and motor are super quiet. You really don’t notice it that much until the unit turns off and the sound isn’t there anymore. I churn out some heavy doughs with this thing and it’s still very quiet. Let’s talk a bit about the timer - OMG!!!!!! KitchenAids do NOT have a timer so I never knew that I needed one until Spike came. I use the thing constantly now. What a great and innovative feature! I thought I would never use it, to be honest. Like I said I use it almost every time I bake. Some things I do not like, all minor annoyances. The accessory cover is plastic. Very crappy plastic, might I add. It is also super polished, so one fingerprint and I have to clean it lol. This should have been stainless like the rest of the unit. If you decide to make it in stainless do not hesitate to send me one. The Flex Edge beater attachment is black. That should be stainless steel like the other attachments. It should also be standard in the box, rather than separate. It would be great if there was a bowl-lift model but this is still so awesome and powerful that I don’t need the bowl-lift for anything other than aesthetics. All around this mixer is great. I will not be going back to KitchenAid anytime soon. I love this mixer so much that I’m actually starting a bakery business around it. That’s saying a lot.

Beats Kitchenaid and Ankarsrum !!
This mixer is simply amazing. I rarely write reviews, but maybe my review will help other people in their research to find a good, strong mixer at a reasonable price. I have a Kitchen Aid and its a good mixer overall, but when it comes to bread dough or pizza dough, its woefully inadequate and will break in time. So I have researched for months to make a informed decision about which mixer to get. I do not bake enough to spring for the multi thousand commercial dough mixers. Nor do I have the space for one. I wanted a mixer that could handle larger amounts of stiff dough, but also be quite great at mixing all other things, incl. creaming butter, whipping cream, batter, etc. Some of the dedicated "dough mixers" do not work well at all when it comes to those things, or they are just to fidgety and complicated. After researching and reading all about Ankarsrum, commercial mixers and so on and forth, I had all but decided on the commercial Kitchen-Aid with the orange cable. I wanted a good "all around" mixer that could handle stiff doughs as well. I didn't think it was the strongest choice and the price made me hesitate. Thats when I came across this Zacme mixer and started researching it. There wasn't a whole lot of info out yet, but what I've seen and read made me look into it deeper. It is incredibly innovative. A light ? Wow...thats awesome and so practical. It runs a fan and cools itself off after working hard! The attachments are solid, heavy and large, no comparing to the flimsy attachments some of the higher priced mixers come with. The mixer itself is a tank !!!! Plus it is quite beautiful to look at as well with its vintage vibe. Everything about it is well thought out The first time I made a stiff dough in it I could have cried happy tears. No more holding down the bucking, steaming and struggling Kitchen Aid as it was trying to throw itself off of the counter in despair.. The Zacme handled it like a pro, and quietly too ! Plus it mixes everything else equally well. And the price? Wow. I got it on sale and it was a bargain !!! Best yet, I was also able to get the meat grinder. I used to use my Kitchen aid with a meat grinder and loved that option. Now I can do that with the Zacme as well, so the Kitchen Aid will be gifted to my daughter who has no interest in baking breads or pizzas, lol! I will now get the smaller bowl as well and I will happily mix away whatever needs mixing. Btw. for the people that are concerned about "support". I have written to customer service several times with question and concerns before I bought this mixer. And I have gotten quick and thorough answers and help every single time. So I do not see a problem there either. I highly recommend this mixer. It does the job better, and at a far better price.

Powerful Mixer That Gets the Job Done
This is the best mixer I’ve owned so far. It’s powerful, stable, and handles heavy dough without struggling. I use it for bread, cookies, brownies, and large batches, and it performs consistently every time. The bowl size is perfect for serious baking, and the motor doesn’t overheat or sound strained. Great value for the quality and capacity.

This is the best mixer hands down for everything from cakes and cookies to bread!! I have both Kitchenaid and Cuisenart and this is by far the best!! It effortlessly mixes it all! The price might be a concern but I’ve spent that and more on the other mixers that don’t hold up.

For us, this replaced a Kitchen Aid Pro 600 that was "hearing-damage loud" ... and I mean that sincerely, based upon sound-level measurements. By comparison, the ZACME is about 20 dBA quieter and does all tasks with equal or better ease and effectiveness. The timer is also a nice addition ... and, of course, the price was much more reasonable. Only extended usage time will tell, but the fact that the ZACME runs "dead cool" and appears to have a more well thought-out design, we also expect the ZACME to have a long life. My wife and I spent about 30 hours of combined research before making this decision. In the end there only seemed to be one other contender (about double the price) and we're very happy with the choice we made. We strongly recommend this stand mixer, especially over the super-loud (and expensive) Kitchen Aid units.

I was expecting a real COMMERCIAL mixer !! In comparison to other mixer’s Kenwood is still the winner for 1/2 of the price . One positive star : it is more silent then other mixers . Definitely overpriced!! I’m thinking to return it
