So far we like this gate. It’s nice heavy duty metal and we love that we were able to get a height that matches our stairs railings. We did have to screw the attachments into our bannisters, which of course sucks, but we would have ran into that with any gate that we wanted to be stable I think. It feels very stable and our older kids (age 2 & 4) can’t open it, which makes me feel better about the safety of their infant sibling. Matches our bannisters/spindles nicely too.

I got a couple of these gates to keep our rambunctious new puppy where I can see her. They were easy to set up- I just did the basic pressure installation (no command strips or screws), which only took a few minutes each. The gate looks good, has a good feel to it when opening and closing, and seems quite sturdy. I was concerned that our 48" doorway (the max width listed for the gate) might not do well with the pressure installation, but it has done great.

Easy to open. Easy to install, but it’s a two person job. We got better wall mounts that have a bigger surface area so as not to damage the walls. Dogs respect it. My 55 lbs dog can lean on it without breaking it. Not sure it would stand up to a full force hit, but they haven’t tried. Honestly wondering why we never got one before now. Worth the money!

More expensive than other gates, but worth the cost. The gate is well made, very sturdy, and easy to install—as long as you follow the instructions carefully. The gate can open in either direction and will close and lock automatically which is an enhanced safety feature, especially for children. It can also remain open in either direction when fully opened, which is a convenience if you're carrying a basket of clothing or similar objects.

Very happy with this gate! It was easy to install and fit the space I needed it for which I had trouble with a different gate. If I need another would would definitely purchase this again!I will say my 1.5 year old was able to put his knee/thigh through the bar but I was able to push him out.

I highly recommend this baby gate, especially if you have stairs! It’s one of the best baby gates I’ve come across—very sturdy and reliable. It does a great job keeping kids and pets out of areas they shouldn't be in. I also love the color and design—it blends nicely with our home. I’d definitely purchase again if needed!

easy to put together. we use it to block off the kitchen so when we leave we can keep the dog enclosed.usually we open the door out and we dont have to lock it so is makes it easier for us to go in and open
