It's definitely helping relieve a lot of her pain and swelling. It's easy to use and has timers, in case you fall asleep while using it. It even has a pocket for a powerbank. Its 26"x8" size is perfect for targeting various parts of the body, and the 120 LEDs provide effective and even coverage.I’ve been using 4 days a week, and the results have been amazing. My plantar facitis has significantly decreased, and my joints feel more agile and less stiff. I’ve also incorporated it into my evening relaxation routine, and it has helped me rest better and improve the quality of my sleep.

This is so easy to use and I can already tell a difference in my health. The remote feature it very nice and easy to adjust.

The mat was broken on arrival, wouldn’t light up, torn plastic cover. No controller a no protective glasses as advertised.

So in love with this red light mat. It’s large enough to fit on my stomach but not too large to wrap around my leg. Plugs into the wall or power bank which makes it easy to use while getting ready in the morning or during my nighttime routine.
