Beautiful purple powder
I love purple potatoes powder! I use it in cold milk which I froth add coffee and ice! I also use it in different whipped creams where it gives the most beautiful hues of purple !

It is nutritionally better for you - but . . .
It does make your baking item taste different. Although I’m glad I purchased it, I may use only half next time and then maybe a bit of food coloring too just to keep the taste of whatever I’m making delicious and expected.
