A staple in my medicine cabinet
I broke my tibial plateau and had surgery a year ago. This has good reviews, so I got thru a bottle after my surgery. I also used the salve, because of the comfrey to help heal my bone. I noticed the salve gave me knee a lot of relief from swelling and pain. I'm now on my 4th bottle and 4th salve that I'm now using for some deep painful body work into my upper back, torso and under my shoulder blade. I can feel it working immediately to ease pain, so I know it's been helping with some pretty heavy duty healing processes. It tastes like strong herbs..... Because it IS strong herbs.. with some sweetness. I just chug a gulp out of the bottle and chase it down with water. Kinda tastes a bit like black liquorice. I've def. Tasted worse!!!! About comparable to the grossness of cough syrup. I REALLY appreciate Dr. Christopher's product line. The cayenne pepper salve also works really well. Nice and hot, absorbs well and can re apply often, to keep your tissues warm and flexible and ease pain.

For those who find the taste horrible
Mixing this with 2-4 parts water makes the taste quite palatable, even yummy.

Broken Cap but good product
I've taken Dr. Christopher's Complete Tissue & Bone Repair capsules and this time I ordered the Syrup. I did not find the taste offensive for an herbal tonic but like several others have said, it did come with a broken cap. I wish the company could come up with a solution. I order a lot of supplements, and this is the only one that I experienced the broken cap. Overall, Dr. Christopher's Supplements are 5 star.

IT Works
A year ago, I was helping my brother moved household items to the truck and I strained my back and cause me serious pain. I took my doctors medications, and it didn't work at all. I decided to try something else holistic. I remembered Dr. Christopher work in herb so I search on amazon if I could find a product that would help me. I came across this product and after three days I was able to walk without limping. The best way to take this medicine without the bitterness is take tablespoon in an 8 ounce of glass and you will be ok. Make sure put the medicine inside the water and stir it and then drank it. If you have severe condition, then spread it by four hours.

Works wells
Tastes bitter, but that’s herbal medicine; it doesn’t always taste great. This has been helpful for healing from injury and also my teeth. Many of the herbs are also beneficial for the lungs, so good be good for lower respiratory issues, too. It is more cost effective to take this syrup vs capsules, plus you can swish it over your teeth for direct application if you are having teeth issues.

I enjoy the taste
I bought the product after reading how effective it is for strengthening bones. I have not had it long enough to comment on its effectiveness but after reading so many reviews about the bad taste I have to disagree. I enjoy the flavor, maybe its because I usually avoid sugar so its sweetness feels like a treat or maybe it's because it reminds me of a liquid vitamin I was given as a child.

some fruit and good protein. In essence
Tomorrow I'll be 8 weeks out from surgery to repair a broken fibula and displaced talus. I used:Dr. Christopher's Complete Tissue and Bone Syrup and OintmentSolomon's SealComfrey teaStandard Process Calcifood and Ostrophenin addition to eating lots of vegetables, some fruit and good protein. In essence, I gave my body everything I could think of to heal as quickly as possible. I'm in my mid 40's, so I was concerned about healing time and outcome. I plan to keep using this ankle for many years!Of course, my surgeon was an important part of this equation.I'm now boot free, back in normal shoes, have almost full range of motion and have even been back on skates (gently and cautiously). I have only to rebuild some muscle and with some diligent work I expect that to happen quickly and I'll be back to living life at full tilt. The ankle is still stiff in the mornings and when it swells, but I find it swells less than I expected. It's also still tight at the end of the range of motion, but I think a little more time and continuing my PT and supplementation will resolve that. BTW, I did most of my PT on my own so far. I'm still going to PT, but I decided not to wait for appointments when my body is ready to make progress right now.
