I watch a few Italian cooking shows on YouTube, and noticed that they all use long tweezers like these to plate long pasta like spaghetti and linguine. Rather than just dumping the pasta in a heap on the plate, they twirl it in these tweezers into a round swirling nest shape. To these Italians, the presentation of the food is as important as the cooking.

Great price and for two of them! I use mine to flip cutlets during grilling, for picking olives out of a jar. There are many uses for these kitchen tweezers. Worth the money. My only complaint I wish they would expand more for heavier meats or veggies.

I haven't used these yet, but, my initial impression is quality. The feel in my hand is a good weight, which allows for easy control. The tip opening allows for easy flipping of items, sliced to a maximum 1 inch thickness.

I always wanted some of these tings for plating and pasta. Great value, easy to use, can throw it in the dishwasher, slides in drawers easily, and just looks like a professional kitchen would have them.

Versatile and well made.

I love the sleek look of these, but they were difficult for me to use. I wish they had some teeth at the end of these to be able to grab easier. I used them for chicken and it was hard to flip over because it kept slipping. The quality is a bit cheap too because they did bend on me.

My diamond earring fell on the sink. This item helped a lot!

It doesn’t spread apart very wide (like for a thick cut of steak for example) but really good otherwise for finer cuts. Love how sleek it is and yes it is dishwasher safe.
