I had like a 12 pedals and a Fender Hotrod amp, sold all those and bought this one.It's fantastic, easy to play, easy to get the best tones through the AI option, easy to make loops, other songs, in brief, exactly as all YouTube reviews says.My two regrets:1. If you use the two 1/4th outputs, the speakers mute and I wanted to used it to connect it into my audio interface but the internal USB interface is good enough to record into a DAW like Ableton.2. I spent some time making a nice loop BUT there is no an option to save the loops in a library to use them later...I also bought this wireless guitar audio system, very good price and works perfect. Absolutely fantastic! They fixed a lot of the issues I had with some of the other spark amps. The biggest issue for me was getting rid of the (dumb) headphone jack lineout(headphone jack is still there for headphones) Theres two quarter inch jack out ports on the back! They put a looper on this one(used with app) and they fixed the sound issues from the spark 40. 8 presets capable. However, I only use 4 presets because my foot pedal(Airstep) only works with 4 presets. Works great though!! I'm extremely happy with it!! I got the white pearl one! It's gorgeous too :)

I absolutely love my spark 2. I've been playing about 50 years and I'm 62. I'm an old school rocker and metal head and I grew tired of dragging out cables, peddles etc just to play a few songs and have a little bit of fun and I also have a very bad back and my old beautiful guitars are getting too heavy. Most around 10lbs. Getting this amp, a wireless system I got for less than 50 dollars here and a very light strandberg headless guitar has made playing and practicing a joy again! Just turn it on, open the app on my phone and I'm jamming without any hassle. It sounds great and and it's super versatile and easy to use and portable. After years of buying expensive gear it was shocking that something made this well and does so much, costs so little. They could have easily sold it for double the cost and I'm glad they don't! My strandberg was the perfect compliment being that it weighs less than 5lbs ( my back loves it too) but plays and sounds incredible through this amp. All of my guitars do. I loved mine so much I told my long time friend about it and he bought one and loves it too. 😊 I also plan on buying the separately sold battery as well so I can play it anywhere.

PositivesThis amp sounds great and what you get for the price is outstanding. I own a couple of Neural DSP plugins and while not many amp emulators can come close to neural DSP quality this amp does have some tones that sound almost just as good. This amp however is not meant to record or perform with. Its a practice amp and using the app unlocks a-lot of fun and being able to quickly start jamming with backing tracks and the AI tone generator is so much more seem-less than opening a DAW and creating a drum loop. The build quality is also another high point. I was actually amazed by the knobs and overall construction of the amp which feels premium.NegativesI bought the amp through Amazon but at the same time through their own website they had a promotion (which I didn't know about till the amp arrived). I emailed asking if since I bought the amp during the promotion window if I could get access to the promotional gift card to which they declined. I would have used to promotion to buy more positive grid products. I completely understand their reasoning for denying the promotion request, it just leaves a sour taste in my mouth that they wouldn't treat customers across different buying platforms with the same promotions. I understand if Amazon was the one giving the promotion why they wouldn't be able to honor it through their website. But it seems very easy to give the promotion that is through their own website to their own Amazon listing. So if you plan on buying their products I suggest checking across the web to see if there are any promotions first.

I love it; it has so many features and is great for playing and practicing at home. I love the AI features for jamming.

The Spark 2 is a fantastic practice tool that has helped me tremendously with my playing. Although I don't mess with the presets too much, the app's UI is very good, and I really enjoy the looper function for practicing.I upgraded from the Spark 40 and am very happy with this for my practice setup. It is a great size and is highly portable—not too big and not too small.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my son. He loved it! However, less then 2 months of use, it will no longer power on. My son is 24 and very obsessed with treating his music equipment with care. He used it in the evening, all good. The next day, no power. We tried troubleshooting per the manufacturer’s help bot. Still not working. Tried to get more help through the manufacturer and received the bot response that we may need to speak with “a human” but it would be 3-7 days. About a week+ an email was received with the ticket number, this was late in the evening. This email was seen the next afternoon along with a second email stating it’s been “3 days” without a response. Checked the ticket and it is marked as solved!?!?. Now saying a new ticket needs to be submitted. This customer service/help is awful! $300 for an amplifier that worked less then 60 days and can’t get anything more the a unhelpful bot! I would have loved to give this a five star rating, but a product that cost as much as it did and worked for such a short time with ZERO help from the manufacturer does not deserve any positive feedback. Extremely disappointing.
