The item did exactly what it's meant to do for the first few months but after 4 months, the coil was damaged and became dangerous to use so I stopped using it and now looking for a new one. Will definitely not be buying this one again!

DO NOT BUY- All the bad reviews are true! We are experience shisha/hookah pipe users & this coal heater doesn’t work. We turned the device on for 3 minutes & then it stopped working! No help from the seller & they clearly don’t want to give us our money back. I’m extremely annoyed & have wasted £20! :-(

Everything was working fine until 3 weeks ago when the power just cut on the product within 2 months of purchase and I was also missing parts with it discusted please if your thinking of buying this product DO NOT
