I ordered double of 2 sets and they at great! Especially for the price. They are a little heavy but able to deal with. The base has to be heavy enough to hold it up. Much better than the little baby backdrops.

The stand comes with a base and two rod pieces that create the T-stand. It also includes fairly flimsy set of clips to hold the backdrops.The stand works, but is not the most stable stand. It is pretty minimal as stands go. However, if you’re careful around the setup, it will hold the backdrop up, so it does what the listing says it does.The backdrops are excellent. They are large, coated, and have very nice colors to use on their own or in combination. The set might be worth the price just for the backdrops alone.

Good quality, lots of color options. Do wish it was a little wider though.

Love the flat pack, stand feels sturdy but the clips that hold the backdrops are cheap plastic and do not hold very strong. Still works fine but I’m going to replace the clips with something else. Also the black backdrop scuffs really easily, I wiped it down with a dry paper towel and it left very visible scuffs that won’t go away… little bummed about that.

This has proven to be a huge asset to my business of taking pictures of jewelry for resell. I have many nicely varied backgrounds to choose from and the stand is well constructed. The size is PERFECT for my limited office space and the lights are bright and very versatile. HAPPY with this purchase!

Okay, so I wanted this to try and make more aesthetic pictures of the stuff I buy and all. But I couldn't even use it sadly. Sure I could probably use the clips and clip it to something else and put the background papers on it from that BUT that is not what I want. Sad thing is it has more pros than cons.Pros: Easy to assembleDoesn't take up much roomNice assortment of colours for backgroundsPretty lightweight/easy to carry around/move aroundCons: Can not attach the bar to the stand.Does not come with a screwdriver (minor con)Did not come with a longer screwSo I found my mini screwdriver that came free from a display case I got, and used it to unscrew the screw on the stand thinking I needed to use that to connect the bar to it. Welp I unscrewed it right? Just to find out that the screw is pretty small. I thought to myself "That's..not going to fit" but I tried it anyways. I insert it into the hole on the bar, it doesn't even go through the hole so there was no way in hell it was going to screw back into the base bar. I still tried. But as you can see from the pic, the screw isn't even close enough to being inside the base bar. So this stand is rendered completely and utterly useless to me. I can't connect the pieces and can't try to use it for its intended purposes. So until I find something to put into the bar to connect the two pieces or find a longer screw somewhere, I can't use this. I shouldn't have to find a replacement screw for this but seems I have to. If you're thinking about getting this, just be warned that you can't connect the two pieces. Unless mine came with the wrong length screw, I wouldn't risk getting this. Now if you already have a stand and want this for the background colours, then guess go for it. But not sure if the, $36 at the time of this review, price would be worth it. Really disappointed I didn't get to try it out

The stand this comes with is easy to assemble, but you need a screwdriver of your own. There is a screw at the bottome of the main pole that you remove and use it to secure the pole to the base in the small home in the base. The other end of the main pole has a wing nut that you remove and use to attach the cross bar. The stand is pretty sturdy once assembled and easily adjustable in height. I've purchased several of these kind of sets before, and this is the 2nd best stand I've come across in terms of durability and not having to worry about it toppling over. However, it does have 1 major flaw. The main pole is thicker than the cross bar you attach the paper to, so when you put paper on, the main pole pushes into it and the paper doesn't lie flat at the top (it bulges out a but where the main pole is). I find that very frustrating.But lets be real, most of us aren't buying these kits for the stands anyway, we're looking for new paper colors and options. And in that regard this kit stands well above many, many others. It comes with so many vibrant colors that are currently on trend. You won't get black or white or gray, but that's what makes this unique. I was especially on the lookout for purples and this has two purples that are great and a few pinks that stand out as well. I couldn't be happier with the color options in this set.One note, though - it says to roll the papers backwards to flatten them out, but when I tried that with one of them it didn't roll well and ended up with a lot of kinks. You cannot get the kinks out, so I'd suggest the approach of carefully putting something heavy on the ends for sevearal days, which works well for me.
