Nice Pancake Mix
We tried this as a cooking experiment during lockdown and it turned out so well. Very easy to make and as they say just need to add water. Pair this with peanut butter/ jam/ fruit compote/ maple syrup. Makes great pancakes in a jiffy. Needless to say you need a non stick girdle for this as it will then be a literal cakewalk and you would be flippin' pancakes like a pro.

Cannot distinguish between the original and this one
Just mix water, pour on tava and authentic pan cake is ready. Eat with Maple sauce and it feels just like the pancakes you either eat at an American dinery or the US itself. If you like American food, this is the best pan cake mix you can find. In case you have not tried American food, try this, you should love it. There are receipies to cook crepes and waffle as well which I have not tried. The reason I would rate it four stars is because I could not understand the difference between the original pancake mix and this one which is buttermilk pancake mix. It tasted more or less the same and I could not really distinguish.

They turn out excellent if you add a dash of milk n Choco ...
Was skeptical about buying powdered pancake mix but this one turned out to be do delicious and convenient. My little one loves these pancakes. They turn out excellent if you add a dash of milk n Choco chips. In fact I found this better thN the cLssic orgininal flavor. Go for it- you won't be disappointed.

it's better if u combine the ingredients urself
Didn't got fluffy...enough...I do t know..why anybody would buy pancake mix...it's better if u combine the ingredients urself...Rather than buying premixes...Waise bhi pancake are easier to make...This pre mix...is basically flour and baking soda...and salt ...on the too of that since it is shelved...it doesn't tends to make fluffy pancakes..even though it has good content of baking soda..bcz it has rested for some while....It would be better if..u bought ingredients urself...and whipped em up...Rather than the premix...Apart from that yes they have that residual baking soda taste...I mean it's just flour..Nothing to make it smooth...while at home u can add eggs milk whatever u like to better the texture...It's definitely not at all..worth the buy...it is not value for money..Cz it's too pricey for ingredients thag r very simple and cheap...and then the taste is less...As compared to home made stuff...Just skip it....dont buy it...not bcz it's bad...just bcz it isn't a prudent decision...I gave 3 stars cz it's buyable totally does it's work..But u shouldnt invest in something whose quality isn't known..and which is so easy to make...Still if u wanna buy/hung up on buying a premix/u have easy money u can buy it...it's not loss...

It’s a good buy ! Does the job
It’s very easy to make, I also did add an egg (for flavour and to make it more pluffy ! ) into the batter , make sure you reduce water measurement if you plan to add eggs or the batter will lose it’s consistency. Usually an egg is 50gms reduce water by the same quantity. So make small bits of banana , scoop out a vanilla ice cream and lay it on your warm pan cake , sprinkle these small bits of banana , and American garden pan cake syrup .. and don’t forget cinnamon powder( amazon or BB ) . Have fun !

Quite good, especially considering it's a fully instant mix
Quite good, especially considering it's a fully instant mix. Only water required. Pancakes turned out fairly fluffy with no additional baking powder needed (which isn't the case for a lot of pancake mixes available here in India). Works OK for waffles also, though it helps there to mix in a tablespoon of oil to reduce stickage.
