Interesting combo of aminos...
Luckily these GH-1000 for Men Hormone Support capsules are easy to swallow, because you have to swallow quite a few of them. Three per day, taking each with water on an empty stomach, which isn't the most convenient thing if you've got a memory like mine. I wonder if they might help memory?The ingredients are an interesting combo of amino acids with added Ginseng and Maca. The best way to take most single aminos in on an empty stomach because if you take them with any protein, in a drink or meal, then they don't get absorbed as effectively. I'm not sure how amino-combo's like this one might work but the empty stomach idea probably still applies.I'm a bit dismissive of Maca, which I've taken on and off for years, because it's really just a turnip with delusions of grandeur and its own mythology. Plus I don't think there's enough if it in here to do anything much and the same might also be true for the Panax Ginseng. As an amino supplement it's interesting and if it really does stimulate the Pituitary Gland it could have many benefits. However I haven't taken it long enough to see a difference, they recommend a minimum of 16 weeks which is two of these packs. Quite a pricey experiment if it does nothing.

Glad I found this product.
decided to give this supplement a try and now I’m hooked on the benefits! I’ve noticed an increase in muscle mass and I’m able to go that bit extra in my sets. Since using this product I’ve felt more energy and strength during my workouts. I’ll definitely be purchasing again.

Tried for a week and no difference so far
I have tried these for a week, taking 3 per day (1 before each meal) and have not noticed any difference to either my sleep or general wellbeing.They are quite expensive, so not sure I would order these again.I shall continue taking, and if anything improved I will update my review and rating.

Seems to be good, easily swallowed even though the capsules are largish, husband seems more energetic and feels good so I guess they must be working! Seems good quality.
