My only complaint is I wish they covered my entire upper arm.

I like that it does increase sweat when I run or do cardio; not as much sweat when doing body weight exercises. However, I find them useful and would recommend them.

I love it ! I get a great sweat from it fast doesn’t take long at all, it does leave line marks after workout and taking it off, depending on how long you work out. But worth it every penny.

Tengo una semana con estas bandas para los brazos para quemar grasa, no pudo ser objetiva porque es muy prematuro para dar una opinión, pero si en un mes veo resultados regreso y subo fotos............ Mi reseña es que cuando me ejercito se me moja mucho los brazos y eso es buena señal, no se corre queda fijo, pero no daré 5 estrellas hasta que vea resultados por lo cual lo adquirí.

Hard to put on and once on did not make arms sweat anymore than not wearing.

I needed something to help with my slimming down process. I normally use a different wrap for my arms, but it would always fall off during my workouts. This one, however, remains intact even after I'm all sweaty. My arms are also looking slimmer and noticing a difference. I recommend applying Sweet Sweat or any other oil before putting this on. It'll help with slimming your arms down.
