Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are perfect for a shed, pergola, or other out building. I am using it for a barbeque shed. The outlet is great for the addition of a fan. Installation was easy. Other than the aluminum wiring, it is a high quality product.

The price was excellent. Found the fixture at the big box store. Checked Amazon and discovered I could purchase two for the price of one sold in the big box store. I am talking about the extract same light from the same company with the same name. Quick delivery. Detailed instructions. Easy to install. Because the bulb is exposed, it lights the area well. The outlets work perfectly. Love the little door. Magnets keeps it closed, totally hiding the outlets and protecting them from the weather. I control the power from a switch inside my home, so no worries about porch pirates stealing electricity. If I don't want light while using the outlets I just unscrew the bulb. These fixtures are perfect for using lawn tools, watching tv outside on the porch or hanging Christmas lights! I am going to see how they perform over a few months. If good, I will definitely order additional fixtures to replace all the ones around my home. Very simple in design. Well made. Black metal makes it stand out. They Look Good!

Husband installed this quickly and I was finally able to have plug in christmas lights. I would give 5 stars but I have one complaint and that's that there is no way to keep the light off but the switch on so that I can have christmas lights with no porch light. I wish there was a switch on the item so I can turn off the light separately. I solved this by just keep a light bulb out of the socket which worked but was annoying when I needed a porch light. Overall I would recommend

The wind broke my original light, and I wanted one with an outlet that was weatherproof. This light looks,great and has the outlet, installation is east too.

My husband said these were the easiest lights he has EVER installed! If we could give it a 10, we would. We did however order another set for the back deck. Great color and most impressive with the electrical outlets placed at the bottom of the light. I cannot wait to decorate our new front deck for Christmas!!
