These scales are described as a body analyser and it actually does just that, though, one caveat I will give is that the accuracy of these types of scales need to be looked at from a cynical point of view, as you must not entirely rely on these scales and should get advice from your doctor, having said that it does give you an idea of how your body is doing, so you can make adjustments to be more fitter. In order to use this scale properly you will need to download the APP, this is a great way of keeping track of how you are doing, I am trying to lose weight and get healthier, so having an electronic diary is a very useful feature, reducing body mass and keeping an eye on your heart rate are all good things to do. The booklet is excellent, it should be read carefully and once you know what you are doing using the scale will be better as well, I did just that and now use this every few days to not only check my weight but body fat as well. The APP can be used by other members of your family, I and my husband are using this, as well likes the fact that this scale shows body fat. This is a very nice and well-designed scale, I have put mine in the bathroom, it needs to have a hard surface, otherwise, it will not work. The price is reasonable for what you are getting so five stars are easy to give and I would recommend them if you are looking for a scale which has some nice features.

I have performed professional clinical body fat composition tests and this scale was significantly off the mark, and quite inconsistent too, I received wildly different results each time I used it. The body weight measurements are accurate and real time and can be displayed in KG and lbs. The build is sleek and high quality, it can take a lot of weight with no risk of breaking, it has a modern and minimalist aesthetic, which would go well in a contemporary bathroom.

Added an extra star for clear reading of weight. My experience wasn’t good: the scales pair up with the app just fine and batteries are at 100% with the app set to transfer automatically, however data does not transfer to the app. Also heart rate is measuring 370 ! I tried wetting my feet beforehand. The problems persist consistently. Sadly, returning for a refund. Ordered a more expensive but simple digital scales, no Bluetooth, and will track using the ‘Happy Scale’ app.

These smart scales are very smart while using the app which makes it so much easier to track my weight every week so that's different to my old scales which I had for years but getting these have made life so much easier so I don't have to write down on paper each week of my weight when I can get it recorded on my phone by the app which takes seconds to download too. It takes allot of weight too and it takes settings connecting to the sales and it lights up, The writing and numbers are very clear to read too, i really like how good quality they look and how well they go in my bathroom, These scales are big and Ive never had Smart scales but since having them I definitely recommend to see your weight or to keep track on your weight like I have been doing. They run on batteries which are included in the box but the scales would be better if rechargeable. They are exactly as the description describes, no issues and easy to use. Can reccomend. Good quality but a little on the expensive side.

Maybe it's an age thing but I've found myself becoming more interested in things like how much actual body fat I contain and muscle mass as opposed to simply how much I weigh so this set of scales seems to fit the bill for that. They're relatively inexpensive for the features you get and the design is subtle and stylish enough to look good in most bathrooms, the LED display is clear and easy to read once you stand on the scales and select your preferred unit of measurement. Once connected to the app which didn't take very long, you get a lot of information presented to you, there's options to show weight, BMI once you input your height, fat %, muscle %, heart rate and water %. It stores every measurement and presents it in a graph or table format to easily track progress should you be setting goals to lose weight or just to keep track of fluctuations, it's all easy to read and understand and handy to have an overall picture of your health. You also get the option to add 7 additional users so the whole family could use it to track progress and even turn it into a little competition to make things easier to aim for. Overall it's a decent set of scales with plenty of extra features to make it worth a look if you are interested to know exactly what's going on inside your body.
