Great pre workout product
Bought for my husband as a replacement for energy drinks and he loved these! They work a lot better than energy drinks and give you more energy. The taste is great and the size is good to put in mouth

Good to go.
Flavor is good and the product works. I prefer a cup of black coffee, but these work when it’s hot out and you can’t get to coffee.

Great for Workouts
Obsessed with these LFGO pouches. I use them before my early workouts and I love that I don't have to deal with an energy drink sloshing around in my stomach. The flavor is solid and I like that I can keep it in my mouth and enjoy it throughout my workout. Also way cheaper than pre workout and energy drinks... win win.

Recently started an overnight security job where I just sit at a desk and check in construction workers to the job site. If it was not for these little caffeine pouches, I’m sure I would’ve been let go for sleeping on the job lol. They have a pleasant taste that last a surprisingly long time. As well come in a variety of flavors. Some of the construction workers wanted to try them and ended up asking where I got them and ended up buying some themselves. So a good product imo

didn't work for me...
update 11/13/24 - after additional testing, the product works when combined with an energy drink. this doesn't give you energy drink effects but it does wake up the mind slightly. combined with an energy drink, it does help.you're better off getting/staying with an energy drink plus what do you do with the pouch after. you're just sucking on paper... ish product when the flavor is gone.i still had to get an energy drink or coffee while using this product except now, i'm paying more out of pocket.
