Best piece of kit ever brought
Brilliant piece of kit. Two dogs at home and lots of water, grass etc even after wiping feet and removing shoes. Tried without vacuuming first as that was the whole point of buying and didn’t disappoint. Very clever machine, easy to setup, use and clean. Just like vacuuming without having to scrub the floor wasn’t tired after using it as normally feel after mopping. Just go over stain a few times and all gone. Picks up 99.8% of bits on the floor which is good enough for me; life’s too short to worry about every little speck. Water tank would be better if bit bigger but not essential. Best piece of kit I’ve ever brought, very happy so keeping it. Look forward to cleaning the floor now tbh as so easy to do and looks and feels a lot cleaner. Perfect for home with dog(s).

Game changer in cleaning floors
This is a game changer. Im so glad i purchased this. For context i have a small business and it has laminate flooring. It generates a lot of foot traffic which makes attracts a lot of mess, impossible to fully clean up with a mop. It would cost me £700/ every 4 months to professionally clean cuz the dirt is so thick, it wouldnt pick up. I bought this and with some patience (vinegar + water), it cleared out the muck. The best thing is the hot steamer and its ability to grip the dirt with the rubber blades putting it in seperate compartments. Truly amazing, everyone was skeptical but i got the last laugh. I would love if the compartment was slightly bigger so i dont have to frequently empty it. But its whatever. Def worth it for a home. I wish i had before and after pictures but i was skeptical myself until i got so into it. Best product ever.

Powerful & Efficient
This Steam Mop has truly transformed my cleaning routine! The steam mop is a powerhouse when it comes to tackling tough stains and dirt.Powerful Cleaning PerformanceThe Steam Mop boasts a strong steam output that effectively loosens and lifts even the most stubborn grime. The addition of the Steam Blaster feature is a game-changer for those really tough spots. I was impressed by how easily it removed stains that had previously resisted my traditional cleaning methods. The three steam settings allow for customisation based on the level of dirt and type of flooring, making it versatile for different cleaning needs.Ease of UseOne of the standout features of this mop is its user-friendly design. The 8-meter cord provides ample reach, eliminating the need to constantly switch outlets while cleaning. It heats up quickly, so you can start your cleaning session without much wait time. The lightweight design makes it easy to manoeuvre around furniture and carry from room to room.DownsideMy only downside with the mop is the circular shape of the Dirt Grip pad. While it does a great job on flat surfaces, it struggles to clean corners and edges effectively. I found myself needing to go back with a cloth to reach those tricky spots, which was a bit inconvenient.ConclusionOverall, the Shark Steam Mop is a powerful and efficient cleaning tool that makes maintaining hard floors easy and effective. Despite the minor issue with the Dirt Grip pad's shape, I highly recommend this steam mop for anyone looking to achieve a deep clean with minimal effort.

Great product
The best household product I have bought for some time. It steam cleans my tile floors beautifully (2 young kids and 2 dogs) I use it every night and it’s so easy to take off the pads and bung them in the wash. Really pleased with it. Could do with a longer cable though.

Easier than a mop for me
I have a shark cordless vacuum cleaner which I am really happy with, far better than Dyson IMO. I saw this item at a reasonable price on Amazon. I only have good quality laminate so can't comment about tiles. I am really delighted with this and amazed that it picks up debris as well as steam cleaning. If you used this every other day as I intend to, you probably don't need to vacuum the floor except to use a nozzle to go all around the skirting boards as and when. Its very easy to use, I didn't find it leaving streaks or pools of water as some people noted. This may be because you need to push forwards further than we're accustomed to with a hoover, then pull backwards slowly. I also opened the patio door to get a little air flow and the floor dried in minutes. The instuctions say cold water in the tank which I did, but I also added just a few drops of Zoflora disinfectant (a non foaming product) which made the room smell lovely as well. I can't see this would cause a problem with the machine but as I say, the instructions do say just water. I am very happy with this item, quick to plug in, heat up and use and simple to clean the debris and water tank, rinse the roller leave to dry for next time - but a spare is included anyway. I can recommend it, especially if you have pets or a busy thoroughfare and want to do your floor daily.

So far, so good
I was a bit dubious about the benefits given it costs the equivalent of 2 decent conventional steam mops, and 3-4 times the cost of budget ones.I’ve only used it once so far, over a large area across several rooms, but I’m already convinced that it’s doing a better job than my conventional steam mop judging by the amount of ‘dirt’ on the pads and the end result.Obviously, the round pads don’t get right into corners, but actually how effective is a rectangular or triangular pad in removing ‘dirt’ from those corners? There appears to be less steam lost to the air above the mop and less residual wetness on the floor even though water consumption is similar to that of my conventional steam mop over the same floors. So, so far, so good 👍
