I've tried pillows from $100-$300+ just to find one that's comfortable for my neck. It's a medium loft, but the loft is compressible vs being super firm, so it truly does cradle your head and neck. I would say it's excellent value for money, as long as you're able to accept that foam just *does not* cool. The only downside I've noticed is that, while it's cool to the touch initially, it doesn't stay cool throughout the night leading me to have to flip it when I inevitably overheat.

Purchased this pillow as a present for a friend, and he loves it. The cool area really feels cool to touch. As per my friend, the pillow is firm and comfortable. Includes a pillow case with a zipper. The case is thin and allows you to feel the coolness of the pillow. If a different pillow case is placed on top, the cool area is not very noticeable.

This pillow is super comfy! The gel memory foam is thick and well cushioned, without making the overall pillow height too tall. It's extremely comfortable when laying your head on and it holds it's shape without deflating. It's easy to remove the cover to clean it, and I love that it is reversible too! I can tell a difference in my body temp when using it, and the support it offers has been great for my neck!
