The media could not be loaded. I think my memory foam has dementia. Delivered three days ago rolled up tightly in plastic, in a box. It is reluctant to expand and is lost in the pillow case cover. I shall give it two more days before having to go to the trouble of returning.

Got this to help with neck pain after sleeping. And so far works a treat, it offers good support and is comfortable, eleviating the need for any other pillows.When it arrived and was unpacked the memory foam was reluctant to regain its shape but I gave it a good punching (as recommended by someone else) and it did the trick and regained its shape after a while. Also it didnt have a nasty smell to it like others I read reviews for.

I recently got this Memory Foam Pillow, and I’m really happy with it! It’s made of high-quality material and feels very comfortable. A bonus silk eye mask comes with it, which is also great quality.When I first opened the pillow, it didn’t take its shape right away. But after waiting 36-48 hours, it fully expanded. The pillow is firm and provides excellent neck pain relief, making it great for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended!

Shape retention/neck support. The pillow arrived rolled up in a bag squashed and boxed. A few days down the line, it has not hardly changed. Its supposed to be contoured. Not the case. I bought it on the basis, it would help with my neck arthritius

Lovely pillow. For anyone purchasing this who finds it is slow to open and settle, I had mine next to the radiator as these pillows need to be warm to "activate" (they won't "puff out" instantly). So if you are having issues, try this before leaving a bad review. The longer a pillow like this is compact the longer and warmer it needs to be to fill out. A quick Google can tell you this process at room temperature can take 48 hours. This is how my pillow looked after 24 hours with the last 12 upright against a warm radiator.
