STRAP GETS STUCK AND WONT COME OFF — AND DAMAGES YOUR DEVICE
I’m writing this review to express my deep frustration and disappointment with my recent purchase.I was genuinely excited to finally get my hands on a Whoop band. I had high expectations, especially given the premium price point and the reputation your brand holds. Unfortunately, those expectations were completely let down from the moment I opened the box.As soon as I tried to put on the sports strap, it got stuck and now won’t come off. This happened right out of the box—on the very first attempt to use the product. I followed all instructions carefully, and yet I’m now left with a brand-new device that I can’t even wear properly.This is absolutely not the experience I anticipated from a company that markets itself on performance, innovation, and quality. I feel incredibly let down, and quite honestly, regretful about my purchase.I attached and sent a picture to Whoop’s team of my hand’s injury while tried to remove the strap. Not only was I disappointed with the quality of the strap and product but also to learn that the application and process of changing the strap is dangerous.

Great purchase
Great purchase quality great upgrade and better than the standard strap also great if you do water sports. Also much better for every day wear as you can shower and not worry about having to dry the band off. Much more comfortable, also durable.

Not the strongest material
Looks good, but it was not easy to install, and I was afraid to break it

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY. Well I hope I adjust and love this band and pray it never breaks. I can’t get it off. When changing to this band it slipped on half was a got stuck I could NOT get it off or on. After a little research I found out this is a problem many have had. I tapped it to get it on so I could still wear it.

My favorite whoop band.
This is my favorite whoop band. I've tried all the whoop bands. It drys quickly. It's a very durable band. It feels the most sturdy of all the bands offered. I've had this band for a month and I love how it wears.
