The insulated steel lunch box/food container is great. It keeps the food warm or cool for several hours. So far, we have had no issues with leaks (yes, it is leak proof) and it has held up well. The insert is great for keeping foods separated and is a nice touch. In addition, I was surprised by its size (1.4L to use). Overall, great, durable food storage container.

This has a very large capacity and will fit about a pound of cooked beans inside. I always preheat my thermos with hot water for about 10 mins before adding hot food and 6 hours later I still something warm to eat durning these cold Ohio winters.

i bought this for my 12 yr old son for his lunch. it keeps food warm (not hot). but, the bottom part fell off after 1 month . it is ok to use it but look ugly.

I've yet to use this so I can't say how may hours it will keep my food warm, but It looks well built, and all the seals look good, can't wait to try out.
