I only gave this review 5 stars,because that's the highest choice I was given.If you have ever seen the arizona sky at night,you will know how many stars this book deserves.This is the greatest suspense thriller I have ever read.I have read over 500 books in my life.This in my opinion,is Frieda Mcfaddens greatest book of all. This is a great series! Their are several doctors who are writing medical thrillers but I think Rafa's are the best. I am a 75 year old retired psychiatric RN and worked in a hospital setting. Very much like an ER except different kind of codes...behavior codes not physical, though the ER got our patients first!The main character, Dr. Emma Steele will steel your heart and admiration. If you like thrillers and personal conflict, you will love this series. Yeah Rada!
