This is fast, has all the features that you would want from a tablet, lots of battery life, great screen, good touch sensitivity, good sound which is nice and easy to use. I honestly think it's going to meet his needs for many years. For a decent price. And it's cute with a rubber cover already installed, making it drop-proof

I ordered this device last year October for my son while visiting the USA and he received it at the end of November that same year. After setting up I noticed minor glitches in the response time of the screen but I brushed it off thinking bcuz it was new or something like that. Sometime in January or February of this year my son set an alarm on his device and I got up to take it off only to realise that the screen was not responding when trying to swipe up... I had to rotate the screen until I could find a part that could respond thus cutting off the alarm. When I asked my son he stated that this had been going on a while and he hasn't been able to use the device fully. We have just eneded May and my son has been unable to use this device since March because the entire screen is now unresponsive. It cannot be unlocked...swiped or touched and if that is not enough the power button is also malfunctioning.. What upsets me is that the device is already pass the return/replace date and i paid more for it than it costs now. The device cannot be used and is basically an ornament now. I believe is defective and something should be done regardless of the date bcuz money was spent and now I have a product that serves no purpose.

Compré esta tableta para mi hijo de 6 años como regalo, y ha sido un éxito total. Le encanta usarla para ver videos, jugar juegos educativos y dibujar. La interfaz es muy sencilla para los niños, no necesitó que yo le explicara casi nada para empezar a usarla.Me gustó mucho que viene con control parental para limitar el tiempo de uso y elegir las aplicaciones que puede descargar. La batería dura bastante bien para un día de uso moderado, y la funda protectora que trae la hace muy resistente a golpes y caídas, que ya ha pasado más de una vez sin problema.La calidad de la pantalla también es muy buena, los colores son vivos y el tamaño es ideal para sus manos pequeñas. Por ahora no he tenido ningún inconveniente, funciona rápido y sin trabas.La recomiendo muchísimo si buscas una tableta segura y divertida para un niño pequeño. Vale la pena la inversión y además los mantiene entretenidos aprendiendo cosas nuevas.

Upon opening there was a permanent small scratch on the inside of the screen on the bottom corner, not good for first impressions.The tablet supposedly has 6500mAh battery yet my phone which has a 5000mAh battery lasts nearly twice as long, so something is off there.The tablet also kind of lags behind despite having 8gb RAM and sometimes randomly shuts off. Like completely powers off and I have to restart it just to see it was at 70% battery still. And when I restart it, my previous settings are not saved. So when I turn off the clicking sounds in the settings and restart the tablet, the clicking sounds come back on. Not sure what that's about.The tablet is heavy which is to be expected, and can get pretty warm when running YouTube or games which can cause you to feel uncomfortable after a while. Probably the excess radiation?Overall the tablet is a nice size, gets the job done (even if barely) and was nice and cheap. So if you can't afford anything better, this is a good option.

My daughter needed a new tablet because hers was running real slow. It was nicely packaged & secure. The images are so clear & colorful. The wifi is great. She likes to download & stream movies & it has great download capacity. Very easy to use & set up
