The flask works well for keeping drinks hot but the button is really hard to press. It takes a lot of effort every time and gets annoying. Wish the push mechanism was smoother and easier to use.

Very good product

It is good in keeping the water hot but it is awkward to push the top down, you have to do it a few times to fill a mug, If you have arthritis in your hands or shoulders as I do. Item was returned on the 2nd January but it now the 13th and I am still waiting for my refund. I can only give it 1 star because of poor customer service
