I have been taking these for a month. One in the morning and one in the evening, I have found the following has occurred, joint pain gone, more energy, balanced moods, weight loss (9lbs) . I am 45 years old and peri menopausal, I have family members with under active thyroid conditions and have been tested before but no irregularities have shown. However, I have suspected for some time that I have a thyroid deficiency. I will carry on taking these for another month and update on results. This supplement has changed my life. I take it along with my prescription daily, and it has boosted my energy, my hair is growing back, my nails are longer and stronger, and I am generally fitter and livelier. I take only one of the capsules instead of 2 because I also take a hair supplement, so I didn't want to overdose. I have given it 4 stars because it's too expensive for what it is. Please reduce the price to £19.99.

I have been taking these for a month and I'm not sure if its psychological or not but I definitely feel better. Much more awake and have more energy. I have been trying to eat better but usually my weight loss is very very slow or minimal. I am finding that the weight is coming off much easier. I was also moving house and forgot to take them for three days, I noticed a difference in my mood and energy.I've been going for blood tests for borderline thyroid which the doctor keeps saying are fine but to come back in 3 months.... anyway I dont take any other medication. Worth a try.

these have been a huge help alongside my levothyroxine use. levothyroxine gave me my life back, but there always remained a tiredness, fatigue and regular flare ups (muscular stiffness/tenderness and difficulty walking first thing in the morning) these tablets have attended to the areas levothyroxine didn't seem to be touching. when I run out, after a week I know about it, but when taken regularly alongside prescribed meds these have been brilliant. iv always been dubious about supplements having tried various over the years, but these are quite different.although its pricey, I do believe its worth the money each month. one pot tends to last me 5 weeks.

Not really working , gives you energy but made me breakout really badly and messed with my periods , dont recommend if you dont have a diagnosed thyroid problem

I have been taking this now for about a month and a half now. Unfortunately for me, I lose hair after a lot of stress, or on this occasion, a period of illness. My hair thins quite dramatically, and takes years for it to look better (i.e. for less scalp to be visible!). I bought this after having a thyroid test at the doctors - I have had this before too and on both occasions they have come back in the normal range. I know how I feel though, and combined with a nail that lifted (never had that before and horrible to see it happen!), I thought I would look in to a supplement - it certainly couldn't make anything worse.I decided on the 1 body brand simply due to the ingredients, and their quality, and on arrival, the box came with a slip for another free bottle, which is wonderful! It just allows you to stick with a supplement longer and have a better chance of seeing results - so many times I've bought a bottle of something and moved on...After a few days I noticed my hair fall had lessened quite dramatically, but after about a week or so it picked up again. However, I am pleased to say a month and a half in, my hair fall has lessened again, and has been like this for about 3 weeks. Of course, its natural to lose hair but you know yourself what is normal and what isn't - I would say I am below the norm at the moment, in terms of hair loss, which is wonderful.I will certainly continue to take this supplement for as long as I feel I need it, and have actually just purchased their Hair, Skin and Nails supplement (unfortunately this is coming from the US as it doesn't look to be available in the UK just yet), but having seen the ingredients, it looks complementary to this supplement, rather than being more of the same.I would definitely recommend this product, and the customer service is great too - worth trying out, for sure.
