My wife started wearing this night splint to manage plantar fasciitis and noticed relief in first few uses. It’s simple to set up, stays in place through the night, and doesn’t feel overly tight. The fabric feels light and allows airflow, which makes it easier to sleep with. The construction also feels durable, and the adjustable support bar lets you position your foot comfortably. It’s convenient that it works for either foot. Since using it, my wife's morning heel pain has eased, and she plans to continue making it part of her routine. People told me that wearing a night split would be awful. Not so with the ELESIK. Great product, easy to adjust for comfort, and definitely helping my stubborn plantar fasciitis. I bought this night splint because my plantar fasciitis pain was getting worse, especially in the mornings. The first few steps after waking up were honestly painful for me, so I wanted something I could use overnight. After using this splint, I noticed a real difference in how my foot feels when I get out of bed. The splint itself feels sturdy but still comfortable enough for me to sleep in. I like that it keeps my foot in a stretched position without feeling too tight or cutting off circulation. The straps are adjustable, which helped me get the right fit for my foot and ankle. Once I adjusted it properly, it stayed in place all night and didn’t slip around. It did take me a night or two to get used to sleeping with it on, but after that it was fine. What I like most is that I wake up with much less stiffness and pain than before. For me, that alone makes it worth it.
