Best Vitamin E soft gels
Nature's Vitamin E is really great. Its effect started showing after a week. Excellent results. The expiry date is not clearly written on the bottle, due to which it cannot be guessed when this medicine cup will expire. I request the manager doctor to write the expiry date of the product clearly so that it can be visible for long time

Great for Daily Use
I like that the bottle is easy to open and the soft gels are easy to swallow. I use them for losing or maintaining my weight, mainly. I have a huge sweet tooth, and Vitamin E has a high metabolism. Not quite as high as Vitamin B-Complex, but definitely useful. So at the end of the day, I review what I've eaten and decide whether I should take a couple of Vit. E soft gels or make up for a sugar face dump and have both one of those and Vitamin B-Complex.
