Great product!
I got this for my friend and she LOVED it. Super convenient to use and it’s pretty durable as well. For this price I think it’s as good and handy as it gets. Also saves a lot of money too since it gets your hair done and ready at home instead of going to a salon. Highly recommended.

Doesn't clamp onto hair
This does not clamp onto the hair and doesn't heat up that much. Not happy with it. Too bad I didn't send it back as soon as I got it. Missed the return date by 2 days. Do not recommend this to anyone with thick hair or who wants to curl and straighten their hair quickly. My daughter has a CHI and it works great. I should have just spent more money and got the CHI. I should have known that since this product was only $15, that it wasn't any good. If you have very thin hair and you don't mind that it doesn't hold your hair, it would probably work for you.

Simple and Elegant
It is a convenient tool. You get what you pay for. Works. Organized.

Works great as a straightener, but does not work well as a curling iron!
I should have known that the price was too good to be true. The only reason I gave it two stars and did not return it was because I gave it to my daughter who's just uses the straightener part.

It's so cheap compared to other straightener, so i was worried about the quality. In fact, it works really well and easy to use. It looks gorgeous, highly recommend this!
