The gummies are alright, they have the consistency of maybe a jelly baby and has a general berry type taste, which I couldn't narrow down what type of berry it is.The bottle gives instructions to have two servings of gummies per day and has servings for 30 days.It doesn't mention whether the two servings need to be separate all together so I have been taking them to at a time, about the same time every time.The bottle has a safety lock on it, and also has a warning on the side to keep out of reach of children.The only thing I've been able to look up about whether or not Lions main is suitable for children, is that it shouldn't be recommended for any children under three years old, as well as anyone who is pregnant. But to the research seems to be quite limited and it doesn't say how it is bad for these people.Having looked up the benefits of taking Lions Mane mushroom, it is supposed to help with Cognitive function, regulates blood sugar and blood pressure, help various internal organs like the heart, liver and kidneys, as well as a bunch of other things.I can't say to how much all that it true, because after my month of taking it daily I haven't really noticed any improvement to my brain, my thinking, my skin, my hair, or anything else. Maybe if I take it for three to six months I may start to see noticeable changes, but as of writing I cannot document on anything happening.

I took two of these, mistakenly in the middle of the day, and when it came to going to bed I couldn't sleep for the whole night, safe to say these tablets work at least on the Guarana side of things.The caffeine in Guarana is prolonged compared to tea/coffee, so just make sure you take them as soon as you wake up and no later. May cause funny dreams too.

These gummies arrived in a colourful bottle with a childproof cap and tamper proof seal.Inside there are 60, fruit flavoured, gummies that are dark purple/black in colour.I ordered these as they claim to support brain function, focus and energy. As someone who frequently suffers from a major afternoon slump at about 3pm I hoped these would help with my lack of energy.I've been taking them for about a week now and do seem to get through the day with more energy (though this may be attributed to holiday time).Ultimately the gummies are tasty, easy to chew and a pleasure to consume. Whilst it's too early to know if they will make a permanent difference I've not experienced any adverse effects so am happy to continue taking them for the time being.At £25.20, at time of review, they are quite pricey for a 30 day supply - at the recommended dosage of 2 gummies a day.

Excellent quality Lion Mushroom gummies, i have been using this for a while and can certainly recommend the quality, taste and value for money.

This large container of Lions mane mushroom cummies can as a bit of a surprise. I was expecting a bland or negative taste but they actually come across as a sort of brown fruit pastille. However when it comes to effectiveness I cant really write a ringing endorsement. Basically they amount to a caffeine boost but there impact on my energy levels were minimal. Indeed I have been taking an afternoon nap since I had them. It may well be that my sloth like tendencies are not affected by the gummies or more simply that they don't work. If others enjoyed them and they impacted then good for you, but ijn my case I will not be spending £25 to order another bottl.

Does exactly what it promises. I feel more balanced and healthy. The package arrived on time, with minimal yet secure packaging. The instructions for daily intake were clear, and there’s no bitterness or aftertaste. The potency of the ingredients makes it a great value for the price. I’d recommend this product over others!
