Great set of Stoneware! The color combination of the matte black exterior and the petrol interior is truly eye-catching. The pieces have a nice, substantial weight to them, feeling sturdy and well-made. The size of the plates and bowls is perfect for everyday use, and they fit comfortably in my dishwasher, which is a huge plus. I've also used them in the microwave and found that they don't get excessively hot, which is another convenient feature. Despite the initial issue with a few damaged pieces, I was incredibly impressed with the company's customer service. They responded quickly to my inquiry and sent out replacements without any hassle. This level of responsiveness is rare and greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

So I ordered this set as it had great reviews and it came with salad/pasta bowls. One of the salad/pasta bowls came with a nice big chip in it. So I contacted the company via email. Their response although in German was quick. Lucky our phones now translate languages easily. I sent my order and picture of the broken bowl. And they just asked for my order number and I gave it to them. They asked if I wanted 15% off my order or a replacement. Silly me I assumed they just meant replacing the “one” bowl. So I said I really wanted just the one bowl replaced. They agreed, they were super nice and easy to work with and today I got my “one” replacement bowl with a whole 16 piece set. So now when my other dishes break because we all know stoneware always breaks I have enough dishes to replace half my dishes if they break. Now we’re to store them? I really only wanted the “one” bowl.Onto the dishes themself. They look way less gold in person, thank the heavens! I’m a simple woman and this was one of the few sets that came in brown. All I wanted were some simple brown dishes. And this and some really metallic shinny ones were my options. So I picked these. I like the rims of the plates so when the grandkids come and eat the food doesn’t come off their plate. We all know with kids that’s a problem. Then they came with salad/pasta bowls. That made me very happy. No I won’t used them for salad or pasta but they are nice sized shaped bowls. I mostly use them to eat leftovers in. They work beautifully. So far I have had them about a week and they are easy to wash (that shinny coat has a purpose). They hold up In the microwave well (I already said I eat leftovers). I don’t use a dishwasher, (you know that thing that never gets the dishes clean so you have to hand wash them anyway) so I can’t say they hold up well in the dishwasher or not. I like the dishes and since I have a whole other 16 piece set they will Probably last past 5 years (well if I’m nice to them). So ya I would buy these again in a heart beat. Now can you just have some simpler colors like plain brown you know the color of hot chocolate for the simple folk your selling to. Maybe take that slick easy to clean finish and make it so its not blinding me when the sun is out. More like a satin finish you know so they still clean easy. Thanks again

Excellent dish set.really elevates the look of my meals.A couple of plates arrived with slight imperfections i informed the seller.no response. Other than that plates are great.I had the plates for a couple of months.one has broken but that was owner error.They also hold up well to dishwasher and microwave. The dishes get really hot so use mittens or something to remove plate from microwave

*Update. The company saw the review and contacted me to send replacements :)Have only been using since Christmas and 2 pieces have already chipped. No way to contact the company, and Amazons customer support bot can’t help me get to a real representative to find out if there’s any type of warranty or ability to have the pieces replaced because it’s been over 30 days since purchase, so it just tells me it can’t be returned even though that’s not what I’m trying to do

Very durable, great size and weight to them. My 2year old yeeted one of the plates across the room and it didn’t even chip. Love the dish-ware. Easy to clean and the lip on the edges of the plates prevents spillage. Absolutely worth the price and would recommend.

Gorgeous and functional! Bought the teal blue and black set and am very happy. My husband is a bit of a "Bam Bam" from the Flintstones so I was nervous, but so far they are holding up very well. Nicely sized and absolutely lovely!
