How did I never know I needed a vase that looked like a raw, plucked turkey (more like a chicken in size)? This is what's been missing from my life!Seriously, this thing is awesome. I've developed a love for strange, whimsical vases and this one is one of my favorites. I would love to know what was going on in the designer's mind when they came up with this inspirational piece of art. Maybe they were hungry? Maybe they had a messed up sense of humor like me? Maybe they were thinking about what to make for dinner that night? Who knows, but the end result is a thing of beauty.I got this in pink, though all three colors are technically accurate enough if we view this little fella as a chicken. There's black chicken (even their bones are black), there are chickens whose skin appears yellow due to their diet and there are, of course, the pink ones like this little birdy.The quality seems good. It doesn't feel thin or fragile and the glaze is applied evenly, without thin spots or globbing. It sets perfectly straight and doesn't have any sharp edges.This is a small vase, but big enough to put a sprig of flowers in for the center of the table (Thanksgiving dinner, anyone?) or on a side table. I'm actually glad it's rather small, though, because it means I can display it easier that way (and still have more room for more silliness).If you find it even remotely amusing, I recommend getting it so you can confuse and mystify your neighbors and friends with your baffling taste in interior decorating or bring it out at Thanksgiving and give people something to talk about, aside from divisive political opinions or whether anyone really wants to risk trying Aunt Mabel's pie that looks suspiciously like it has cat hair baked into it.It's fun, plain and simple, and I got it on sale for half off, so I absolutely got my money worth (it would have been worth it at full price, too, if you ask me). It's already given me so much joy just looking at it. Money well spent, I'd say.

I absolutely love this vase. I bought two of them and am tickled just as pink as these weird naked turkeys. The funniest part is the uncooked pink hue and that they seem a little obscene without being obscene and I love the quirky charm they bring.The quality is great, the packaging was excellent and I kept the boxes for storage throughout the years. The size is perfect for table decor and to be able to see guests over them. Can’t wait to add flowers and put these to use.

I loved her I got her flowers and added them to “Claudia” with some water and sat her on my table not thinking twice. She sat there looking all tall and proud and beautiful and then I realized she had been slowly leaking for 3 days all over my table that now has water damage from her and leaked onto a pink post it note and ruined a table. I’ll buy her flowers again and put water in her again but just put a plate under her. I tell my kids they are the reason we can’t have nice things and this time it’s me, maybe I should send her back but look at her how could you not want her in your life.
