I’m 5’5”, 155lbs, normally wear size 10. The medium was a great fit. Snug on the arms with no loose fabric but not tight. Length stops at my wrist. I had purchased this and one from the competition because the other was only $12.99 thought this was “amazon’s choice”. It makes sense now why this is the choice item.This one has no back seam, the edges are finished, the white is brighter, and the fabric is silkier like it was a tighter weave. It’s so silly that it feels cool to the touch. Had I not purchased this one I may have been happy with the other because it seems like they would both do the job. But I like the small details on the one better. Also, I don’t need this to cover my hands as the other would.

I think the fabric feels nice. I purchased a small first and the sleeve was WAY too short. Based on the product description, I ordered an XL for the longer sleeve length which as it turns out was the same as the small and too big everywhere else. While the sleeves can be "stretched" they will not remain in the stretched state.

I was a little nervous about the sizing. I have very broad shoulders and self-measured 21 inches from outside shoulder to outside shoulder. Ordered XL. Actually fits very well. Not too tight and not too loose. Wore it under my golf shirt. Played one round of golf with it in full sun, 90 degrees heat/high humidity. Even though I was sweating, it actually felt like the dampness was keeping my arms cool. I worried that extra material over may shoulders/back would make me hot. Not the case. No issues with it shifting or feeling bulky either. If it wasn't my first time wearing it, I probably wouldn't even notice it was on. I may have to get another one!

Absolutely the greatest product invented in a long time. I play lots of golf in a very warm/hot climate. I've tried several 'sleeves' that have been on the market for sometime but were always disappointed in the fit. Then along cam this product. I ordered one, received it, wore it to play golf and immediately ordered 2 more. I will be ordering more. Love the color options. Really great product.

I love the color and the coolness of this fabric. I don't know how it works, but it really does make you feel cooler. The fit is as described. I am a medium-sized person (5'4 and 123 lbs) and I ordered a medium. It was the perfect size. (I had previously ordered another brand and after reading comments that it fit small, I ordered a large, which fit well in the other brand.) There is no seam in the middle of the back which is great.

Let me start by saying I am a 6' , 170lb. male and tried the womens XL out of frustration that I could not find an affordable male version of this for playing golf. I wear a 40 R coat and a 34 sleeve shirt. The shawl was a little too short in the sleeve and a little snug around the armpit. I have not played golf in it yet as I am recovering from surgery so not sure if they will chafe during a 4 hour round. However, they didn't restrict my movement even though they felt a little snug on my arms. The shawl appears to be well made, If you know where I can find a mens version or an affordable womens 2XL let me know!

I needed sun protection without added heat while hiking or golfing in the desert. SunSleeves slip down too far and won't protect shoulders when wearing a sleeveless shirt. These worked well. The fabric vents moisture away and is much cooler than cotton would be. I ordered large even though I am a typical medium, as I did not want the shoulders to be too snug for golf. It worked well and I'll probably order another one in medium as the large tended to gap a bit in the front, near shoulders. Was fine as I wore a short sleeved shirt, but may want the smaller size to wear with a sleeveless shirt. Can also be easily removed without taking the top shirt off!!

Took this arm sleeve on a 2 wk golf trip where we golfed every day, including days of 36 holes. Wish I had bought more than one because I had to rinse it out every night but it dried quickly and was ready to wear the next day. Sleeve is comfortable and you actually forget it is on. Does not make you feel warmer as might be a concern with sleeves on a hot day. Truly protects the skin from the sun. Did not use sunscreen on my arms prior to putting on the sleeve and I could actually see my wrists were tanner past the edge of the sleeve after spending those many days in the sun. Looks great under golf shirts with or without sleeves although your arm pits obviously will show with sleeveless apparel. Good product that I would repurchase and recommend to others concerned about extended time in the sun.

I love these! I feel cooler with these on than with bare arms... When there’s any air movement - even just from walking or reaching to pick something up, the sleeves make my arms feel cool in an icy way - the same way as Halls/menthol can, if that makes sense... If there’s no air movement they still feel cool, but no icy chill effect...I have large upper arms (18”) and I wasn’t sure if an XL would fit, but it does... I don’t think it could stretch much more, but it doesn’t feel tight like a compression garment... I usually wear a 2X so I was also worried about if it would fit across my shoulders, it it does, and again - I don’t think it could stretch too much more, but it doesn’t feel tight/restricting in any way... I like that it keeps the sleeves up that I can wear it under even a small cap sleeve which I wouldn’t if I bought the kind that are two separate pieces... And having that same icy chill effect across your shoulders is really nice too...The fabric is soft and doesn’t become see-through when stretched, and it’s very smooth looking but not shiny... The stitching and hems are well done, and don’t look too loose or big which sometimes you see on less expensive clothing...I bought the grey and it’s a solid cool silver grey - if there was anything I’d change I’d change it to a heather grey, but that’s just personal preference... Once the other colours come back in stock I’ll be ordering them as well...

Absolutely perfect for what I need as I have been diagnosed with melanoma and have to cover up. I was utilizing individual pull-on sleeves, but I could never use them with my sleeveless tops - they left a gap and would always slide down during any activity. This bolero-like item is perfect under (or over) these tops and also comes up a bit on the back of the neck to protect it if I am wearing my hair up in a ball cap.No more pulling up sleeves :-) I just ordered some more!! I generally a size 14. Ordered a XL so there would be enough sleeve length and across the shoulders. The fit was comfortable but the shawl does not cover the area of the arm hole and a bit of the shoulder in a sleeveless top. In a short sleeved shirt there is no problem, I tested this out in 39C weather. I was told the the material breathes and wicks the moisture away. WRONG! there is no wicking an no breathing. After 1.5 hr ,of weeding I was sweating like a pig and sweat was building up in the sleeves and where the shawl material was.I do have other UV products and this is not the same material.I do not recommend this purchase. It will be great on a cool day in the Fall while you are doing yard clean.

Very pleased with this product. I was very surprised at the quality for such a low price. Other similar shawl sleeves with U V protection are priced much higher. Also the delivery was exceptional. I received the item in one day rather than the two day guarantee. Due to a recently acquired very rare skin disease that does not allow for sun exposure, this sleeve shawl will allow me to continue playing golf and other outdoor summer activities. THANK YOU!

I was so disappointed when I tried this on. I usually take a small or extra small. I picked the smallest size (M) and it is way too tight. I've bought other brands in their smallest sizes and the arms are super wide. Absolutely no consistency. I'm going to stop buying these - a waste of money.
