GREAT TASTE. VERSATILE, GOES WELL WITH JUST ABOUT ANYTHING, I'VE USED IT ON MEAT, WITH SAUCES, SALADS, RICE, PASTA, AND I ENJOY IT ON PIZZA, TOO. FINEST QUALITY AND INGRDIENTS. VERY WELL PRICED, AS WELL!

Wondered why this was available when initially “temporarily unavailable” came up when trying to reorder. Clearly, a smaller version, but still in a glass bottle which I prefer when it comes to stuff like this. Contents are exactly the same, just less volume. Price reflects that as well. I’m just glad to have it back in my staple seasonings. Really good & easy way to add Japanese flair & umami to Asian dishes.

I hate that this costs so much, because I enjoy using it in a lot of different applications. I like seasoning with it as I finish making a soup or stew. It's great in a dipping sauce (ex. I replace some of the soy sauce with Umami Sauce in a homemade ponzu). Or as part of a marinade, or basting sauce. It's got an MSG-like flavor kick without the stigma.

Love this sauce so much! It’s become a staple in our house for umami chicken and potatoes. My husband loves it and even my toddler says “Yummy!” So easy to cook with but packed with so much flavor.

Multipurpose sauce that is mild in flavor. Lots of recipes on kimono mom’s website. I like the gyudon and the cold ramen best. Will buy again when I run out. Might feel a bit expensive for some folks but I like how versatile it is and no msg.

Great umami sauce for almost everything! However I would like to know how much of this price is from the tariffs and that’s my biggest feedback point; breakdown the price to show how much is from the tariffs. Thank you!

Absolutely delicious sauce!! I’m such a fan of Kimono Mom and her videos, so I was really excited to try this - and it did not disappoint. I can’t wait to cook up some tasty meals with it. The bottle is the perfect size and the packaging is really well done - great quality all around. You can tell she poured her heart and soul into this sauce.It’s not overly salty, kind of similar to soy sauce but with way more flavor. Plus, the ingredients are super easy to understand, which I really appreciate. Overall, 10/10 - this sauce is a total win!

About to order bottle #3... I use it in and on so many different dishes! It adds just the right amount of umami flavor and goes well with so much! Really love it in congee and adding it to salmon cakes! Definitely will always have this in my pantry!
