Work well. Have several hours of warmth. Used to ease arthritic pain on shoulders and back. Decent adhesive, haven't had one detatch itself yet. Good value.

Dull pain relief, stiffness-Yes it works-gives off a relaxing warmth and last's around 12 hours. However, trying to read the instructions is virtually neigh-on impossible for they are printed on a bright background; when checking the item via Google it recommends and for no idea why is , not to 'stick' the pad directly onto the skin but onto say your undergarment (pants for example). But the main thing is, yes it does work.

These were a life saver for us when camping in the spring! They did last for the full 12 hours and were so nice and comforting when going to bed chilled at night. Great for our kids who are 7 and 10. We just stick them on their jammies on their back and really helped to keep warm. Great quality product! Would recommend! They function well just as they claim and stick on well. They are not reuseable but we don't mind. Great value for money!

Brought these heat patches on vacation in place of my heating pad. They are a good size and stick on fairly well. I often suffer with joint pain and was concerned I may be missing my heating pad after daily excursions and sightseeing. The patches did the trick staying warm for the entire night. I even wore one on my hip for the flight home.
