13.4 Inch Carbon Steel Wok For Electric, Induction and Gas Stoves (Lid, Spatula and User Guide Video Included)

Great entry level Wok recommended to me by Serious Eats. Love the wide flat bottom for my indoor range, although I'd probably prefer the 12.5 inch model, just due to me having a small stovetop, I wasn't thinking and just ordered the larger one. Love the hammered carbon steel, it adds a nice flair over other finishes. Pre seasoning is great and the included Chuan is one piece stainless construction, nice high quality.

This is my second review. I cannot say enough about this awesome kitchen tool. Since I purchased this about a month ago, this wok quickly became my go to for cooking anything on the stove top. I season it with either grape seed oil or sesame oil. It remains non stick…nada…nothing sticks to it now..not even burnt cheese! I love this wok! And again, yes, you do have to care for it..much like your cast irons. For as much joy this wok has brought to my kitchen, the minimal time to keep it clean and seasoned is well worth it. Ok, this is my third review. I am so happy with the quality of this wok. I do recommend you remove the wooden handle and thoroughly cleanse with soapy water and a Brillo pad or other metallic scrubber until the bluish tent steel is revealed, then coat with avocado oil, and season in the oven at 500° for an hour, let cool, repeat this process two or three more times, the avocado oil is superior to grapeseed and definitely superior to canola oil as it’s flashpoint is well over 500°. Doing this has provided an incredible nonstick surface that rivals any new Teflon coated pan that has been proven to be unhealthy well, I do appreciate this large size, however, when cooking for two I would prefer a smaller diameter wok as it will be easier to use. I use this wok for everything, it is my every day stove top utensil, breakfast bacon and eggs, omelettes, chicken carbonara comes out wonderful in this wok, my Italian dishes, Asian dishes, Latin dishes, Tex-Mex dishes,I cannot say enough about how happy I am with this product. You will not go wrong if choosing this over others.

I love this wok! It’s huge. I can cook a lot of food comfortably. Love the spatula that comes with it. It’s easy to clean and maintain. I shopped for a while before choosing it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I will continue to buy her products. They are high quality products for a reasonable price!! You shouldn’t have to be rich or have money to buy quality. I would rate her products as top of the line quality and I have bought 2 woks I bought her first wok she had out and love it. I have another to give away as a present. I am going to buy a third wok to have just in case my other one gets damaged.

Built well and works extremely well. After an additional seasoning or two nothing sticks to it and for the price is a great value!

Not a great wok! I had read a lot of positive reviews from reputable sources online, like The Spruce or New York Times. However, this wok just performed so badly. I had used it several times and seasoned it as instructed (I even consulted videos online for help), but the wok just did not season properly. There's this weird coating that they used during pre-seasoning that is causing the wok to behave weirdly. Do not purchase and just get a Joyce Chen wok instead. This is such a misleading product, especially coming from a company that creates YouTube videos on wok cooking.

Seems to be taking a long time to get broken in

Best wok! I’ve been looking for a light weight , “non stick( not Teflon)”, quick to heat wok for awhile, and I couldn’t find one that can meet all the criteria until this one. This one is perfect. I can hear the sizzle stir frying! So happy with it.

Bought one for each of my adult sons and they love them. They heat up evenly, don’t scratch and are very easy to clean.

Great. Remember if you wash it with water don't use soap and rub oil with a paper towel and put on heat again. Cooked onions great. Works with induction, stainless everything metal.

Nice , the size is a bit big, but it does the work
