I started these a month ago, taking the recommended dosage. For the first week I felt very fatigued, despite the caffeine in the product. I am guessing that my metabolism working faster caused initial excessive energy being expended. After the fatigue settled it's been plain sailing. In the few weeks I've taken these, I have lost 3lbs. It doesn't sound a lot, but at the end of a weight loss journey, the last few lbs is harder to lose. I am also exercising and eating well, but previously, even that wasn't shifting weight. Now I feel better, look better and slowly getting to my desired weight. These have definitely worked for me

Having tried a myriad of different products as part of my supplement stack when training, I found that many can have adverse side effects, however this isn't the case with PROBRN. I took them while maintaining a calorie deficit diet, and they provided a great energy boost in the morning, and best of all they had no bad side effects (such as the jitters, heartburn etc). The fat burner has helped me immensely with my weight loss journey and with mental clarity. I only take 2 in the 2 day as I am not hugely overweight but have seen an increase in my weight gain as I am a lady currently going through peri-menopause. I am using these more as a preventative measure. I had reached a plateau stage and just could not shift the extra few pounds that I needed to and these have definitely helped me push through that. Also, I notice when I haven't taken them I do not seem to be as focused during the day. In addition, they give me the boost in energy I need to workout. All in all a great product, well done.

Early days but definitely feeling a difference, easy to swallow with no horrible taste. Helps reduce snacking and portion sizes

Great product, does what it states on the tin. I have PCOS and struggle with bloating quite badly and this has definitely helped me with that issue. I also love the fact that is it vegan friendly, and great value for money. Will definitely continue to purchase!
