Excellent product. It was very easy to put together with instructions in English.The product was recently tested and worked very well in the parking lot and climbing the stairs. The product made my grocery shopping trip much easier to get it home and up the stairs.I highly recommend purchasing this item.

I am a senior who is unsteady on my feet and have difficulty climbing stairs/steps, especially if my hands are full with shopping bags. I have 2 steps in my garage to enter the house and was getting tired of making several trips from car to kitchen, toting a couple of bags at a time. I saw this cart and knew it was exactly what I needed, and the price was affordable for someone on a fixed income. It totes plenty of bags of groceries and rolls easily and maneuvers even in the tightest of spaces. Assembly was easy and the cart is sturdy as well. I don't overload the cart as the wheels don't want to turn easily but for the items I buy for a household of 2, it works great for me. I just load the cart, lock up my car, and wheel into the kitchen in one trip. It also comes with a nice durable cover, but I just keep it folded in the smaller cargo hold where I place my purse when wheeling into the house. Overall, I highly recommend. Seller was great with competitive pricing, quality merchandise, secure packaging, and prompt delivery.

I live on the 3rd floor and it’s such a hassle making several trips to unload groceries. The cart is huge. I was able to make one trip although it was heavy because of all the groceries. I didn’t mind because of the convenience. Built sturdy, easy assembly, and it folds up nicely for storage.

Excellent. Well made, folds and locks easily. Rolls smoothly, including up stone steps and on asphalt, carpet, and wood floors. Huge help for moving groceries and deliveries.

The cart looks great, feels sturdy, and handles well on city sidewalks and stairs. Carries several gallons of water and additional groceries with no problem. The little basket on the side is convenient.Also, customer service is excellent. My first cart arrived with one part missing. Customer service personnel responded to all of my messages immediately, were kind and professional, and overcame delivery obstacles to get another cart to me.

I purchased this for a family member who lives in an apartment complex and is elderly. My family member lives on the first floor but still has to maneuver 5 steps. I wasn't the person whoput the cart together, so I didn't know what was what on that end. But the person who put it together said that it was easy to put together and seemed to be nice sturdy cart.. I had done (alot of) my research before purchasing this cart so with that statement I feltsatisfied. But after usingthe cart for "THE VERY FIRST TIME" the wheels came off the cart. I had pushed it around beforeactually using it so I was very disappointed because this cart is expensive. I put the wheel back on and I will update you on how things go in the future. But I am disappointed that the wheels do not have a way of locking once the cart was put together .

Extremely useful for my grocery hauling needs. Extra side basket is perfect for your purse or any smaller/fragile items. Was not difficult to assemble and is easy to fold up and store when you don't need it. Liner is perfect for keeping smaller items from falling out and rainy days. No more second trips to the car in my household anymore!Wheels:Works on my apartment stairs fairly okay, struggles a bit on more uneven, older, wooden stairs, but is fine on all modern stairs. Wheels seem durable and have not yet given me any issues after 3 months of use.
