Superb Monitor
Like the all round design and the good quality finish

Controls are a bit clunky but nice picture
Needed a new work monitor with an integral webcam so had this one recommended to me. Picture is nice and sharp, with lots of options for tweaking. Mounts fine on VESA for my monitor arm. Enough ports to keep me happy. Can't say I've been that impressed with the Bang & Olufsen speakers - sound a bit tinny. Controls are on the bottom of the monitor so are a bit tricky to access, and the UI for changing settings is poor (takes an age to turn down the sound!)

Close to good
The monitors arrived early but after unpacking found them to be a different model, no webcam or built in speaker. I contacted the seller and got a near immediate response, multiple options were given and I settled on a refund of some payment. The monitors I have received do the job are excellent quality and I would definitely use this company again

Can't do it all
I bought this in the hope of covering my screen, webcam, mic and speakers needs for working from home. While I appreciate it's relatively inexpensive, in reality it's a false economy. The screen is OK as are the speakers. The webcam and the mic aren't. I'd be OK with a webcam that isn't great in low light etc., as it's a small built-in unit. But the real problem is how it's mounted: it's on the same plane as the screen so, unless you lower the screen more than you'd like and also tilt it down, your videoconferencing mates will only see the top of your head. Sorry, but that is just bad design and not about the quality of the glass or software you are prepared to pay for. The microphone, on its part, is quiet, muffled and prone to echo, which does have an impact on the quality of your interactions online.I realised that, if you have to spend hours on vconf while working from home, you have to accept that most of this hardware designed years ago just doesn't cut it. Invest in (1) a HD monitor that doesn't try to be anything else, (2) a decent webcam you can mount as you need (top of monitor, tripod, etc.) and (3) a full duplex speaker phone. It's all day, five days a week for many of us, so there's nothing to gain from cutting corners.
