Disappointed with the Product and Service
At first, it seemed like the device would work just fine for basic tasks like PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. But let me tell you, it’s not worth it. The build quality is poor, with cheap plastic that feels flimsy right from the start. After just 3 months of normal use, the laptop stopped closing properly and the keyboard stopped working entirely. What made it worse was Lenovo’s after-sales service ,practically non-existent. Their support portal is unhelpful, and getting proper assistance has been frustrating to say the least. I regret my decision to go with Lenovo and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for reliability or basic durability.
