I think it’s working. It’s only day one right now.
The pill is ginormous. I did take it. It says take two. And I was starting to feel like maybe it’s not going to work but then I started noticing my stomach started to feel a little different. Just a weird feeling I can’t really describe. It’s definitely not a bad feeling so obviously it’s doing something. Also, I did get some medicine for my metabolism to speed up. I might be feeling that too. Definitely no I need to put a lot effort in not just rely on the pill but so far far I feel very motivated that this is going to work.

Best vitamin but need to take with food!
I love these vitamins, but make sure you take on a FULL stomach. If not you will get sick and regret it. But these help with my energy, focus and also help my go to the bathroom. They also help with my sugar cravings and not over eating, when I skip taking them I feel like I can’t control my food intake. It’s a big pill but over all pretty easy to take.

Fantastic for Boosting Energy!!
I've been taking these for about 2 weeks now. I will say I do get very nauseous here and there, BUT that's only if I thought I ate enough food when I actually didn't, or I just didn't have time to eat. Nothing I didn't expect though, so I can only blame myself. I also find it helps if you let the food digest a little bit. Continue to eat before and after you take the vitamin to avoid as much nausea as possible. I'm a 5'8, 145 pound girl and a granola bar, yogurt, and some type of fruit is more than enough to do it for me. These pills really do help energy too. I have an 8 hour office job that I used to doze on and off throughout the day, but after 2 days of taking these I haven't tried to rest my eyes once (even if I only get a couple hours of sleep). I'd highly discourage taking these at night unless you're a night owl or work a night shift and need to stay up somehow. It's a great replacement for coffee/caffeine. Lastly, I've seen lots of reviews of people saying they're losing weight. I work out 30 minutes a day and eat pretty healthy and haven't seen a drastic difference from when I'm doing the same thing without the pills. That being said, I've only had them for 2 weeks so that may change. All bodies process supplements differently. The only negative thing I have to say about this product besides the extreme nausea is the taste. If I don't swallow it fast enough, the bitter vitamin flavor lingers for a while. They also get stuck in my throat sometimes which is a little painful, but nothing water can't push down. It has more of a dry texture than those smooth gel capsules. Kind of like flinstone vitamins- Other than that, I'm still going to continue to take this for the energy boost and see what else happens from here.

It does what I bought them for
I’m on yet another weight loss journey and I never review Amazon products so for me to take the time to write one means I really want to share my experience so far. I’ve dieted so many times I’ve lost count but the cravings kill me and my metabolism has never been stable. I’m sure it’s genetic because I do come from a family of larger set people and although I am the smallest one out of all of them I am still overweight. During all my other diets I would just try to reduce my calorie intake. I’ve never gone on any specialty diets. (keto, cleanses, etc.) just intake less calories and I would have success the issue is that cravings and eventually I’d obviously end up just eating as I used to and slowly gain the weight back. I’m sure vitamins have a different effect on everyone but this diet I am doing my normal method which is just to be more conscious of my calorie intake and reduce them but also add this as a vitamin to make up for the deficit in food. I also read that it helps with an active metabolism to I thought that may help maybe burn fat faster. I am more than pleased with this product. I suspect that possibly I may have had a vitamin deficiency after being on this product for only a few days and I do have a follow up with my doctor this coming week to speak to them about that to confirm but just from how I feel to my cravings. I see no other explanation but I think my cravings were contributed to lack of certain vitamins. I feel satisfied with food and find myself still counting calories but when reaching for a lower calorie food that I am satisfied and don’t feel the hunger afterward or atleast that I’m not full and could eat more. I also have always had chronic fatigue. I do have depression and other medical issues and I nap almost everyday. I just find myself tired constantly and now I feel more awake. More alert. I find myself in a better mood and again I feel like this could be a medical issue with me maybe pertaining to a lack of some of the vitamins that are in this. But, the last point I’m going to make is I’m already losing weight. Consistently and it feels easier and less of will power. My appetite has decreased and I already feel better. I’ve lost 4 pounds in 5 days. I do follow a more strict diet when I do attempt to do this and of course I’m not going to say that if you only take these and don’t change your exercise or eating habits that you will see any change. But, for a woman who has always struggled with losing weight and keeping it off this is an asset to my new weight loss journey. The only negative I can say about them is they’re big and taste bad. But, since I was a child I’ve hated taking vitamins and the smell reminds me of the vitamins I hated taking every morning when I was a kid but I’ve just been taking them with a nice big gulp of lemon water in the morning to mask the taste. Also, I do suggest you take them with something in your stomach. Even if it’s small. It does say it on the bottle but one morning I didn’t and had a wave of nausea that lasted 5 minutes or so. I wish you all luck! <3

They're easy to work into a daily routine.
Easy to take and easy to stick with. I added this to my daily routine without really expecting much, but after a couple weeks I noticed more consistent energy and less afternoon sluggishness. No jitters, no upset stomach, and I like that it’s just one small soft gel. Solid option if you want something simple and low effort.

Take AFTER eating a meal.
I have graduated to the Active Metabolism One-a-days, and boy am I happy I made the switch. Yes, these are large. IF you have issues swallowing, cut them in half. It is VERY important to take AFTER consuming a meal. I usually wait about 20 minutes before taking them. My sister takes half in the morning and the other half with lunch and it eliminated the side effects she was experiencing. We both have experienced weight loss, a decrease in appetite, and I've experienced more energy and alertness that lasts through the entire day. These may not work for everyone but have been a game changer for us. Hope this helps you, too! <3

BEWARE! There is way too much caffeine in these vitamins!
I was excited to try these vitamins because they had everything I was looking for in them. I noticed that the vitamins contained caffeine when I bought them, and I figured it would be a good boost of energy to start my day- similar to having a cup of coffee. I took the first vitamin after a large breakfast and was waiting to see if the vitamin would make me nauseous like some of the other reviews said. The vitamin was large but easy to swallow with water and the taste wasn't bad. I didn't experience any nausea from taking the vitamin. However, I was unaware about the real issue I had to worry about until a little bit later. When the caffeine from this vitamin kicked in, it didn't feel like a cup of coffee. It didn't even feel like an energy drink. It felt like some kind of hard drug or something. It was really intense and not a pleasant energetic feeling. My heartbeat became worryingly fast and irregular and I could feel my heart pounding in my chest. My brain felt overwhelmed from the caffeine. It pretty much sent my entire body into panic mode. I drink caffeinated drinks daily, including energy drinks, and I have never had an experience like this before. I was genuinely scared I might have a heart attack or something. This feeling lasted 6-8 hours before completely going away. It is safe for me to say that regardless of how good the supplements are in these vitamins, I cannot take another one and I cannot recommend them to anyone else either. I don't think they should be putting this much caffeine in a vitamin which is in a pill form designed to absorb into your body all at once. It is dangerous and absolutely not something anyone should be taking every morning. Please look after your heart, and do not take vitamins which have caffeine in them. I decided to leave a 1 star review because I had a really scary experience after taking this vitamin and I won't be able to take them again, meaning I wasted over 20 dollars.

Nauseous and Jittery.
I know it’s way too soon to tell if it’s working but immediately I felt jittery and nauseous. I strongly dislike that feeling which is why I avoid caffeine and I didn’t notice this contained any. I might try splitting it in half like someone else mentioned to see if that helps.
