I liked the butter crock very much. I thought the price was fair, the crock was very pretty, and it works well.

I love this butter bell! I had never used one before, and my butter would always spread out over the butter dish when I left it out. This keeps it contained in a little area and you can stand it on the lid while you’re using it at the table and it’s nice to know that the water in the croc keeps it fresh longer. I would highly recommend.

The butter bell is a good size with a nice design. Printing is clear and delicate.

This seems to be very well made. It's very pretty. Works well for a short time and then for some reason the butter gets moldy.

I bought two of these. I bought the first one as a gift for my daughter because I thought it was just so beautiful and it was full price when I bought it for her which was about $30 with tax she told me a couple months later that she didn’t like using it because it molded her butter and I thought well she just isn’t eating her butter fast enough because I had a cheap porcelain butter bell and I’ve never had that happen. There was a flash sale for the second one I purchased for myself for $11. I was so excited to get it. It’s so pretty but guess what my butter molded not once but twice this is not my first butter bell so I know how to use it properly. I bleached it. I cleaned it really well after the first time it happened and it happened again. I don’t know what’s wrong with this butter bell. It is gorgeous, but this can’t be a coincidence. There’s nothing to say where it came from where it was made a company name. Nothing on the box. It doesn’t even come with instructions. It’s beautiful. I hate that I that for return window so I’ll just have to eat the cost but be warned though I’ve never in my life had butter go bad on me not once have I ever had moldy butter. This is craziness something‘s wrong with his bell.

Looks great on the counter. Keeps the butter at room temperature. Wish that I bought on years ago.

Edit-- so the colour started leaching out into the butter and changed the flavour to something terrible. It was past the return date so chucked it in the bin. Don't buy this potentially hazardous butter bell.
