The media could not be loaded. When it arrived it would only switch on and not work but when I contacted the seller via Amazon, he send me a YouTube link to follow and I did and it worked instantly. I just unscrewed 5 nails on the screen display and it opened. There was a white wire that I just needed to reconnect and once that was done I closed it up and the machine started perfectly. If it displays EO7 just adjust the magnetic red emergency safety lock and it works. I did 76mins non stop and really love this. Watched my music while walking. The speed can be adjusted to 12, it’s very fast, it’s not noisy at all, it’s like the sound of air con when she on full speed. The remote control is easy to use and the phone holder is a bonus. I fold this and put it behind my sofa sideways. I love this, it’s a game changer. It’s the first day so will see.

I had to cancel the gym as was not going. Getting this has been so much easier to exercise . I am really pleased with it, you can change speeds- been enjoying it as can watch TV, do online work meetings. Very sturdy and easy to set up- does not take up space, it slides under my bed easily. Love it!

I’ve had this walking pad/treadmill for a week now, and have used it for 6 days. This is such good value for money. It’s sturdy, comfortable, not noisy, and there was very little assembly involved. I’ve done regular short walks on it, and longer ones like 5k walks, with no issues - I’m really enjoying it. I love the varied speed settings and that you can work up to a running speed (between 6.5km/h and 12km/h) with the treadmill frame raised. This is what attracted me to this walking pad, as others don’t have as much range, and no treadmill frame/handlebar option. My only issue is that the slot at the front for a phone/tablet isn’t wide enough to fit an iPad (10th gen). However, I have happily walked and run while watching films on my iPad on my desk in front of me. Overall super happy with my purchase and it’s helping me get my steps in when I just don’t want to go outside!*** Edit: The motor started making noise (kind of like thunder/clattering sounds) intermittently after a week or so of using the walking pad.I walk 10k to 15k steps a day on it. Sometimes the noise starts a few minutes into a walk, sometimes it’s after an hour of walking, and the noise generally lasts 5 seconds or so each time, a few minutes between each instance of it. Can’t figure out what’s causing it or find info in the manual so not sure if it’s normal, but it seems my product is faulty. It’s not overheating and the belt still continues running as the noise happens.. Tried lubricant, which didn’t help, as I think the noise is from the motor anyway. Would love to know if this is normal!Reduced review from 5 stars for now.

Please avoid this seller at all costs. I bought this walking pad and everything was fine for a few weeks as I didn't use it much. One day it started making a weird loud knocking sound out of nowhere to the point where I can't use it without the whole house hearing. I contacted them and they told me they would send a replacement walking pad. It took forever for them to get back to me to fill in their replacement form, they kept telling me they sent me an email but they never did, I had to end up asking for their email. Ever since I sent the form back I've heard nothing back from them, every time I call they say they are processing it but now it's been almost 2 months of back and forth with no results. My phone calls hardly ever get picked up now. Please avoid

I'm glad that I bought this treadmill for doing some exercise at home. It's easy to set up and put away after use, taking little space after folded. It made almost no noise when using it an+ comfortable to walk on. Have been using it almost every day after supper and absolutely liked it. Good value for money.

The package was much bigger then what I think, but Amaze has two men delivery with this heavy item, they are very helpful, they took the item to where I want, so I don't have to carry again. with 6 code read to driver directly, I free more security.I bought this treadmill for my children christmas present, the packet is bigger, so I can't hided until christmas day, they opened second day after delivery.Wow, it's cool, I love it, my son said when he saw it. They are use almost everyday, the treadmill is right size to fit next my other GYM equipment. When they not use (back to school), I can fold up put under my sofa.The safely lock must attach before you can start to use, see picture 1. so far so good, I hope this treadmill will last longer then what I expect.

It was great for the first week, really enjoyed it. But then the belt started sliding off to the left and making noises no matter what adjustments were made.Could not contact the support line to get help so ended up returning and will look for a UK based company to buy from.
