It is so easy to grow cat grass, yourself and my cat really enjoys the product. I rotate with two different small planters so as one is growing, the other one is being enjoyed by the cat.

Fast growing, all seeds germinated. It easily got to about 4 inches in a week under strong my grow lights. The cats love it. I have multiple planters so that there are different options for the cats as they sometimes will fight over it

I appreciate that this is organic and it seems to go up pretty fast. Just wish more of the seeds would sprout. That’s why I gave it a four instead of a five.

Easy planting my own cat grass. My cats love it.

This seed sprouted in three days. I used organic potting soil mixed with perlite and vermiculite to aerate the soil and give the seeds a good chance to sprout. Hopefully the pets will like it.

Great cat grass! My cats love it, but I have to limit their intake - a few big bites at a time - so they don’t overeat. It took about 7 days to grow healthy. I followed the directions, kept it in a dark laundry closet for 3 days with moist soil and plastic wrap for humidity. Initially for set up, I added 20% vermiculite to the base soil I had from an ACE Hardware herb planting kit I didnt use (which included a fertilizer presumably safe becuase it was for human herbs to eat). After the base soil I put the seeds in and covered them with 1/4" soil, though next time I’ll be more careful with the soil depth maybe adding more as some kinda popped out once they started spouting. Never fully watered, just kept misting with spray bottle. Once I saw some sprouts and a little green popping up, I moved it to full sunlight (9am-12pm in morning sunlight, then 2-5pm afternoon light). My cats love biting big mouthfuls, like four-five stalks at once, so I may plant a bit deeper next time. Highly recommend these seeds, but note that you only get seeds—make sure you have a suitable container to prevent messes. I'll be looking for something bigger and rounder with weight so they dot knock it over compared to the plastic window garderner from ACE. make sure you got holes on the bottom and if you see yellow at tips of grass get your planter in full sun to get that soil good and dry.
