Solid little machine for the price
First, the "watt" rating is wildly inaccurate. I don't know what it is, but it runs on a very normal 120v outlet rated for 15 amps. That said, I got it, and it was solid. Everything packed up as it should, no oil leaks in the case. I did stand it up to review the oil level, and I didn't notice anything. Upon reading, it clearly says it is good for the first 20 hours or so, so I'm going with that. Got the bit in, and went to town on some 24" diameter pole footings. Stupid things are massive. While not fast, it worked exactly as good as I thought it would for the price I paid. I might update again after a few dozen hours of use, but for day 1, it went quite well and would recommend. It wore me out quick. I'm a big guy, but hefting around 50lbs or so of weight is not my norm. I mostly let the weight of it do the breaking, but even just the repositioning was a solid effort (in 95F weather at max humidity).Recap: Solid price, solid little machine.

Perfect for Job
Manual easy to understand. Durable and working perfectly for chunking up a fallen block/cement wall in our backyard. Light weight enough so that expect to get lots of selected jobs accomplished. Great value!

Perfect for Small Projects – Compact, Powerful, and Easy to Use!
I recently picked up this small electric hammer for some light DIY work around the house, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how well it performs! Right out of the box, it felt solid but not too heavy. This is perfect for quick jobs without straining your hands or arms. I’ve used it to break up a few small sections of exterior concrete wall to make room for a 4 inches exhaust fan, also to re-work an old set-up in a Basement for plumbing drainage at the Bathroom. It handled everything with ease. What I love most is how user-friendly it is. Just plug it in, and you're good to go. No complicated setup. The compact size makes it great for tight spaces, and it’s not nearly as loud as I expected, which is a bonus if you're working indoors.

Worked Exactly as Described & Hoped. Molded Plastic Case Not So Much.
Work and the weather being what it has been; I finally got around to putting this to use as intended and it functioned 100%. Sadly...the molded plastic case it came in arrive damaged and has become even more so in moving the unit to the use location, opening and closing it a few times. Internal damage and hinges are shot. :-(

Good tool
Worked great. Durable left it outside for months in rain sun and all elements. Still worked after turning it on not to long ago! Also used it to build a fence to dig holes

Great for breaking up concrete and caleche clay.
This review is for the 1400 watt model. I had to bust up a section of concrete that was 12" thick, 18" high and 32" wide, then dig through the caleche clay that was underneath. For those not familiar with caleche, it's like digging in asphalt. You hit it with a shovel, and it just chips out a small chunk. The chisel and spike bits that this tool comes with made relatively quick work of the concrete. The goggles that came with the tool are not of very good quality, but would be better than nothing. I used safety glasses that I had for other projects, along with a good set of earmuffs to protect what is left of my hearing. (A lesson that I learned too late in life) The tool is not exactly light weight, but it needs to be heavy to work and hold up. I'm 70 years old, and could handle it fine. It is well worth the price paid, as it would have cost 3-4 times that much to rent a tool for as long as the project took, and I still have the tool for any other projects in the future. The trigger lock button was very helpful in that it allowed me to use it in positions that would have made holding the trigger in the “ON” position uncomfortable and awkward. For the caleche clay, I purchased a 2” wide chisel to fit the demolition hammer. It worked great. If purchasing chisels for this unit you must be sure that you are getting what they refer to as the 5/8" hex shank style. On that style chisel, the round end section measures 13mm (.5") in diameter, and the hex portion measures 17mm (.7"). (See photos) The SDS, BOSCH, and larger hex chisel bits will not fit this model. I could not find a clay spade that would fit this demolition hammer, so I used the 2" chisel to break up the caleche clay, then a regular shovel to remove the broken-up material. Using a spade, you would probably still want to use a regular shovel to remove the material anyhow as the hammer would be too heavy for shoveling material. Also noted, this model does not use oil in a reservoir with a sight glass. There is a reservoir that contains grease to lubricate the mechanism, and I also coated the shank with grease to prevent wear. Clean the old grease off when changing chisels and remove the excess from the chisel retainer section. (Similar to air tool quick connection couplers.) The unit comes with a container of grease.

It's heavy but gets the job done.
It's heavy, but it's supposed to be. It's a good price but don't expect any customer service from Vevor. That's why I buy Vevor from Amazon or rarely from home depot.

JUST BUY IT!
JUST BUY IT!Bought this 3500 watt Vevor Jack Hammer on 7/22/2025 and removed a 4" Non reinforced concrete slab from a 20 x 21 Garage and it performed flawlessly on a GFCI outlet and not once did it trip the outlet.I used a 100 ft long 10 Ga 30 amp extension cordI have rented jack hammers larger than this before but this one worked better than any of them. This is an EXCELLENT Tool! The concrete I removed was 60 years old and was very hard. It did not have any wire mesh or rebar in it fortunately as that would have required me to have to cut the floor before I broke it up.It took me a total of 12 hours to break up the floor over 3 days at 4 hours per day.You may have to jam the bit down every now and then if it doesn't hammer which is normal for all jack hammers to get them to hammer.Others have stated that it would not hammer. IT DOES HAMMER if you use it correctly!Make sure you add oil to it before using.
