With the recent and current focus on cellular energy relative to aging, this is a good addition to my current supplements. Like a lot of aging folks, I've started thinking about energy on a cellular level more so than from the perspective of a caffeine-type temporary boost of physical energy. Using supplements like arginine, creatine and different mushroom supplements, along with a balanced nutrition program over time have made a noticable difference in my basic systemic energy levels throughout the day. I still drink coffee or use caffeine as a preworkout sometimes when I want a hightened level of focus and that feeling of more energy, but it's not something I have to do just to get through the day. In fact, most average days I don't have any caffeine. With this being a supplement that supports cellular energy, it is a natural fit with my others at a price that doesn't break the bank like some supplements in this category.

These AKG capsules are easy to swallow. The dosage is 2 a day so this is a 90 supply. AKG is necessary to complete the Krebs cycle, helps facilitate muscle recovery and aids in cognitive function. No country of manufacturing is given, just that it is "distributed " by a German based company.
