Seasoning liquid, 27 oz

The BEST soy sauce ever. I grew up on this stuff and am thankful they have it on Amazon. It definitely gives that Umami flavor. I’ve got all my friends hooked on it now!

I find myself using this great sauce almost every day. A sprinkle on pasta, a dash on veggies, anywhere I would use soy sauce this works well to change up an old favorite dish. I'm not a big steak sauce guy but I love meats with some cooked onion and a pan sauce made with a splash of Maggi and finished with a little butter melted in just before serving. This big bottle sits on my counter next to the stove, and the bigger bottle (which looks exactly like the little ones) lasts for quite a long time even for a heavy user. One caveat: I love Maggi, but I make sure to buy the version that says seasoning on the label. They also make other versions that look the same, but I don't like the taste as well (I never buy the ones labeled Juno).

I have loved this stuff as long as I can remember. I can almost not cook a burger or steak at home without adding this to it. I simply love the flavor that it adds. Very good sized bottle at a good price. I highly recommend giving it a try.

My favorite liquid seasoning by FAR! If you never tried it, what are you waiting for? So much you can do with it from fancy dishes to just some drops on a slice of bread. This has been a staple in my household before I was born and I'm old now.

Some believe Maggi is a type of Soy Sauce & they are mistaken. I first tasted Maggi over 40 years at a friend’s home in Jr high, (middle school). It originated, from what I understand in Switzerland. It’s great for scrambled eggs to meat dishes. There was a time when I couldn’t imagine scrambled eggs without Maggi, for which I add before whisking. A little goes a long a long way. It disappeared off my local Von’s a decade or so back. I’ve heard Kroger or Ralph’s carries it. It used to be in every grocery store. My only regret is how large the bottles came from Amazon. No refrigeration needed, this should be stored with your large or small containers of spices are kept. I haven’t met a person that doesn’t really love it. I missed it for too long and so happy to have back in our life. Just know: Highly concentrated, a little goes a long way.

We love this added to rice, and Asian dishes. It is good on any dish you might use Soy sauce on.

Childhood memories! The best flavor. I use this instead of marinade when I BBQ chicken or beef. Love it on noodles with butter!
