With the usual prenatals, it seems like a lot of them do not include the inositols and CoQ10. I have specifically been told multiple times that I need to be looking for those. I love that this is a great supplement to add in to my regimen and it has those added ingredients that most of my other ones have been missing. It's very easy to take and I haven't had any backlash from my belly. Usually I can taste if there's an aftertaste or have problems digesting harder pills. This has been easier on my stomach and hasn't been an issue for me.

This bottle comes with 120 capsules and the suggested serving size is 4 per day which makes this a one month supply. The capsules are tasteless and are easy to swallow. I had no side effects or stomach issues from taking these capsules. I make sure to drink plenty of water when I take them. As a supplement of this kind it’s a bit hard to tell if it is working and it does take time to do but for now I will continue taking them. I do like this supplement.

I like this brand for many reasons - made in the USA, vegan, quality ingredients, ease of researching the brand and transparency of information from them. This gets four stars for meeting expectations, for me five stars is something that exceeds my expectations, this meets my expectations which is still very good.This formula is focused on women's health issues specific to ovarian health, hormonal balance and reproduction health. I am a believer in using various ingredients and like what each is supposed to deliver such as: zinc which does a few things including contributing to normal fertility, vitamin B6 for regulating hormones and methylfolate which is said to be important for maternal tissue growth, resveratrol and coenzyme Q10 for improved ovulation and conception, heart and joint health.While I cannot say if these ingredients provide this support and positive impact on my health, I can say from my research these are ingredients I want in my daily routine. If you want these in your routine I think this is a brand to consider trying. I have not had any issues with my tummy even though I am very sensitive to many things.

It's hard to tell if theres any difference but there has been no adverse side effects so far. The current price of ~$27 is average for a months supply.
