Kids did not like taste
They did not show up melted in triple digit heat however taste was unbarable for kids. Tried one myself and has strong medicine aftertaste to it.

Like other reviews, I cannot speak to efficacy as we did not take them very long. The taste is HORRIBLE. Tastes like plastic and some sort of laboratory biproduct. Do not recommend.
