Diet Whey Protein Powder 908g by Freak Athletics - UK Made Diet Shakes - Meal Replacement Shake (Vanilla)

I'm really impressed with this product. It's not sickly sweet which I like as others I've tried have too much sweetener for me. It fills me up and gives me tons of energy. My skin looks in better condition and I am losing weight. I have purchased the chocolate flavour and vanilla flavour and I love both. I mix with a small amount of goat milk, water, fruit and sometimes half a teaspoon of chia seeds for lunch, and when I get home from work I have a half portion half an hour before yoga which does give me a blast of energy.

I found it much too sweet for my taste also doesn’t dissolve very well on cereals and deserts. Very dry

It smells like chocolate brownies so I was super excited to give this a go!! With 200ml as it says to use I found it far too thick of a consistency to drink comfortably but will be adding more almond milk to it to make it a lighter consistency. Fabulous taste though!

Delivery very speedy. Have been using a week and have lost 3lb's. Great flavour and being thicker than normal diet shakes fills you more and the feeling last longer. Great product will definitely be using and buying again. Will keep updated on weight loss

I brought this as a 'fill in as my usual brand was out of stock, not impressed to be honest, Tastes powdery and not nice at all, does not mix very well, seems to "clump" a lot at the bottom of my shaker and is quite thick, gives me a bit of a dodgy stomach too, I suppose the saying is true, you get what you pay for!

Really like this product. I have this Vanilla flavour for breakfast , mixed with 250mls of Alpro unsweetened almond milk (which has zero sugar), or can use Aldi's unsweetened almond milk. Found I didn't loose weight using skimmed milk. This shake tastes delicious and keeps me full for hours. I take the Chocolate flavour to work already made up. When these shakes made up ahead of time, they are much thicker. I really recommend this flavour - not too sweet like other brands. Now I have my two shakes, 1/2 a protein bar and main meal regime sorted, I'm loosing weight well :-)

This does definitely fill you up however, my tub is so powdery! No matter how much I blend it! I have to down it else I will have. A little disappointed considering how much I paid for it.

I bought this based on other reviews as I want to lose weight through a low carb diet but didn't fancy the commercial brands because of up to 10 times the carbs. Made with almond milk it is delicious if a little sweet but I think that's just my personal preference. It's very filling too. Can't recommend for its weight loss benefits as I'm only on the 2nd day! I'll update my review in a couple of weeks. Oh and delivery was next day too which was perfect.
